Go Pro Garage Door Reviews

We love using Go Pro Garage Doors they are always quick to respond to your request. They do great work we have used them for our Garage doors on several separate occasions, and they always do an awesome job.

I ordered a case of dessert wine for a New Years party. Despite using the holiday delivery schedule on their site, not only did nothing turn up in time, but it took nearly a week and three separate customer service inquiries to get an explanation from the company about what had happened. Eventually I got short email stating they'd taken my money despite not having the item in stock! The shop then took another nine days to process my refund.

Prompt and professional. Love Go Pro

I had an exceptional experience with my garage door installation! Salomon and Adam were professional, efficient, and courteous throughout the entire process. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of a reliable and high-quality garage door installation. Five stars!

Quick response, good service and good price .

Excellent customer service from both the office end and the tech who installed our new garage door opener. He was fast, efficient, and explained the system in a really easy to understand way. Thank you!!

While I appreciate the fast and prompt response of the service call, I didn’t appreciate the installed to be in such a hurry and not answer all my questions or even give me hand in programming the machine. It only litter my takes less than 5 minutes, but he was in such a hurry. Sure it’s not what you came out for but going the extra mile in any business and making your customers happy, it’s definitely a lot worth than grabbing your money and go. Which btw they are very expensive for nothing! But just my thoughts...next time I will go to The Home Depot or something.

Everyone I spoke with was very nice and professional, from the dispatcher to the service Tech. The service Tech showed up on time. The garage is now smooth and quiet. I would use this company again and highly recommend them.

I would definitely recommend Go Pro Garage Door to friends and family. Tech who came to inspect my door was very professional and thorough, and made good recommendations.
