Lukas was great from the beginning. He helped with design and ordering was a breeze. The customer service after the purchase was great as well. We were missing a part, and it was sent out with no questions asked and received it before the project was completed. We are definitely using One Point in the future and would recommend them to anyone in need.

He was very professional and was a huge help to me . Thanks for the help and letting me get this order in . Only thing I wonder about at all is a delivery date ? Or a tracking number ? Lol but all is good . Again everything went well . I appreciate you guys for the kindness and professionalism

Great customer service. Real people answer the telephone and help you out! I would have given 5 stars if the partition door fit the 24 in opening. The door lock / stopper mechanism is too thick and was rubbing on the door. So at the end of install we had to fudge a 1/8 " extra in each stall so the doors closed without rubbing.

Everything was a great experience except for 2 areas. The first exception was in the planning. You show no provisions for a urinal with no door. The second exception was trying to download the tax exempt. No provisions for a jpeg. Took hours to complete sale.

Jhoana did a fantastic job walking me through each step of the ordering process as a first time customer. She was very knowledgeable and responsive with drawings and quote updates until we reached the final estimate. She also was a pleasure to work with and I am grateful for her help.

Very easy process

I found One Point Partitions through a Google Search. When I contacted them, I got an immediate personal response. The salesman, Allen Mullins, walked me through every step. He was available and so easy to work with. We haven't received the product as of yet, but I feel sure that it's going to be 1st class in quality!

So far, so good! I have not received my shipment yet but I’m told the order is in production.
