This seems good but it doesn’t deliver I spent £42 weeks ago and nothing has been delivered and no response to phone or email calls avoid is my advice

A complete scam. DO NOT BUY!! Bought sweets for my upcoming wedding and they didn't arrive. No reply when I emailed company. Chat function doesn't work. Phone number on website doesn't work either. AVOID this fake business!!

Do not buy from this website, it is a scam. You will not receive your item and they set up a direct debit for reoccurring payments.

Placed a £100 order early in February still not received anything. Checked with companies house and found out the director is Carl James Brooks. Company Number: 14586440. Director name changed from Carl Anthony Brooks in November 2024. Further found out that they are not currently listed at their given address, 45 4th Floor, Silverstream House,, Fitzroy Street, Fitzrovia, London, United Kingdom, W1T 6EB. Previous address is Unit H Coal Pit Lane, Atherton, Manchester, M46 0FY.
Encountered same problems as others with most of my emails are unanswered, telephone directed to voicemail, live help on website no response. I am going to have to try to get my money back from my bank and will also be getting in touch with Trading Standards.

Do not buy of this company, it is a complete scam, they do not send what you order. They do not answer emails or the phone or their chat box on their site. The reviews they show on their site are false and are under investigation by Trust Pilot. I have reported them to trading standards but their site is still up and runing

Do not order from this company! Unbelievable how many people are experiencing the same thing. I ordered 14 Fox's Glacier Mints Jars 1.7kg to sell in my shop and I get a knock of version jar bought from a cash and carry and half filled with glacier mints. I cannot sell those now. I contacted the company numerous times and they have ignored my emails. Horrible how they are stealing off everyone. Their website should be taken down. This isn't fair. I will be contacting Trading Standards and take them to court too if I don't get my money back.

SCAM
I wish I'd read these reviews before buying any product from them. We're a charity, and they kept our money without any response. We paid, the products were never delivered, and no refund was issued. We've lost a lot of money. We're a charity, and they don't even care about that. It's a ghost company; they don't respond. Don't pay them any money; you won't see it again.

I never leave reviews but this company are the exception.
I placed an order on 21.2.25 and nothing.
Don’t respond to emails or ever answer the phone.

Wish i had read all the reviews below, exactly the same experience, order placed, and then goods never made it to the courier and no response from email or phone. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, COMPLETE SCAM

I ordered some sweets on the 24/02/25, only for Go Sweets to cancel my order due to an internal error. I reordered on 28/03/25, as the sweets were for a birthday gift. However order still hasn’t been processed. Now going to miss birthday deadline. Sent various emails - no answer. Poor customer service. Really disappointed and frustrated!!

complete fraud of a company your order won’t come and they won’t issue you a refund.

You won’t get a hold of anyone by email or live chat and you can’t call them either.

Please don’t use

ordered goods, no delivery and exactly the same as the other reviews, one email came back to claim the courier must have lost the item and they would send it again but since then no replies to my emails and phone calls. I have issued a claim in the small claims court and reported them to trading standards and action fraud as well as contacting my bank to make a claim for a refund which you can also do.

Placed an order six weeks ago and still haven’t received it Iv emailed them but I get no reply Iv tried to live chat but they don’t respond they are scammers steer clear

Not Happy - So far a Terrible service. I placed an order for £48 over 4 weeks ago and still not received it.
I have sent countless emails but had no reply. I have also phoned their help line countless times but it just goes to answer machine.

Terrible service. The order was never shipped, I never received any answer to my queries for several weeks, and eventually I had to raise a dispute with the credit card company to get my money back. Avoid!

Do Not Buy from this company, order placed Feb, still not received anything no response to emails, phones don’t work just go to answer phone massive scam.

placed an order with them the beginning of Feb, item missing from order! have send over 20 emails to them and a few online chats ( which tell you to email them!) and still no response!!!
totally unprofessional and unacceptable how they are still trading is beyond me after reading all the reviews!

I ordered sweets on the 8th February 2025 still not arrived unable to speak to them on a phone they do not reply to my messages obviously I’ve been scammed 😡😡😡

Ordered from this company on 01/02/2025 to be told they were behind with orders then told my purchase has not been scanned in by Evri which meant lost or damaged and they would reship, which again was not scanned in by Evri. I have been unable to contact via telephone, email or their chat. This now tells me like everyone else it is a scam company however how are they registered at companies house.

Ordered on 21st January still have not received items, no refund, nightmare
