From ordering to delivery there was never a glitch. I ordered the Dancing Witches handbag and the design and colors jumped off the bag! I was so proud to carry such a beautiful work of art. The best part was at that time a free full size wallet was included with every purchase. I will definitely be ordering more from Gothistar in the near future. Sincerely, Karen C

Hi chemphysteach,
Thank you so much for your amazing 5-star review!
We’re thrilled to hear that you love the variety of designs, the craftsmanship, the colors, and that your order arrived quickly. We also love that the cats made the list.
Thank you again for choosing Gothistar and for sharing such thoughtful feedback!
I was honestly so frustrated with the back-and-forth behind my stolen bag. The delivery company was less than helpful, as was your company. I was flying out to help my son's family with his cancer surgery so filing a police report about a stolen bag wasn't a priority. My HOA reviewed the footage but with so many different people picking up their mail, they couldn't tell what was a theft and what was a legitimate pickup.
I usually order from Skullette and they have been wonderful. I really was disappointed that Gothistar didn't make any effort to make this right. You have beautiful products and I probably would have ordered again had the customer service been better.

Hi Jeannette,
We’re truly sorry for the frustration this has caused, especially given the difficult circumstances you shared with us.
As we mentioned in our email conversation, the carrier’s tracking shows the package was delivered, and we also received delivery proof showing it arrived at the mailroom. Because of this, we asked that the mailroom/HOA footage be checked to help confirm whether the package may have been picked up by mistake or taken after delivery.
We understand how upsetting this situation is, and we want to clarify that we have not closed the case. We were still waiting for the additional information so we could continue reviewing the best way to support you.
Please reply to our email with any updates from the mailroom/HOA footage, and our team will continue assisting from there.
Kind regards,
This bag is complete garbage. I wouldn’t take it if it were free. It’s stiff as a board, coming apart at the seams, and stinks to the heavens. The picture on the wallet doesn’t even extend to the bottom of the wallet. I hate this bag and I hate even more that I paid $100 for this Chinese piece of crap.

We’re truly sorry to hear how disappointed you are with your order. This is not the experience we want any customer to have.
We understand your concerns about the stiffness, smell, seams, and print placement, and our support team has reached out via email so we can review the issue and work on a suitable resolution.
Kind regards,
Absolutely love the product. Better than I expected and arrived faster than I could have imagined. My wife wants more, just need to find something she can use all year
