Sent FOUR emails asking for a return on one of my two bottles I purchased in Dec. with not one response to any of my emails. Website says it's going through maintenance,... yeah right! No customer service number just an email address. Good Luck! I'm so pissed I got scammed. Gary Brecka is the promoter of Hydrowater should be removed from the internet and investigated. The package never arrived because the delivery driver (from the company Uniuni) stole my package. This company uses shady delivery methods.

I was given the large water bottle (40 ounces or greater) as a birthday gift. It was bought while on sale and delivered longer than 30 days before my birthday. Used it once on my birthday and it worked fine. Went to use it the next day and it no longer worked. Reached out to customer service who was very responsive. I sent videos showing it was fully charged but wouldn’t turn on and work. They acknowledged it was defective. They then asked me to pay an additional $20 to ship in the replacement part…after we had paid a hefty sum already. Why should I have to pay another $20 for a product that only worked once? From looking online and based on the customer service response times in the middle of the night, it looks like this is the general supplier of several hydrogen water companies. Do not use this brand and do not trust their reliability…otherwise it will cost you $20 every time you use it! Stay away!

DO JOT BUY FROK THIS COMPANY THEY ARE TOTAL FRAUDSTERS. I GOT THE BOTTLE AFTER NOT READING REVIEWS AND IT MAKE WATER TASTE DISGUSTING, TRIED TO RETURN a AND IT COSTS OVER £20 POSTAGE. TOTAL RIP OFF, THESE IDIOTS ARE MAKING A MINT RIPPING PEOPLE

Bought one, came as expected but didn't work. Contacted them via email, they explained that it takes a few times to get going & to work. It gave me a few bubbles is all & I tasted it....horrible!!! Tastes like metal!!! I have been trying to contact them again with no luck. If you go to their website, it says "Our store is under maintenance". I'm sure I will not see a refund.

Shockingly bad customer service. Received 2 bottles which I’d ordered but one was cracked (took a long time to arrive & i do believe they came from China which already makes me nervous). Sent pics of the cracked bottle assuming they’d reimburse me. Initially they told me the Warehouse was closed for a week so they wouldn’t be able to provide me with an outcome, so I challenged them on what difference it made if the warehouse was closed or not, explaining I have received damaged goods, only for them to not reply saying the crack is not obvious on my pics and as such they won’t be issuing any refund 🤦🏻‍♀️🤬
Avoid at all costs….i wish I’d seen the other reviews before making my purchase

Bottle leaks and doesn’t work as it should. Feels very un natural. Customer service very unhelpful when I told them about the leak.

your product worked a week, now just flashes red. my atttempts to conact the company has been met with silence

They say the bottles are made in the USA. LMFAO!!! They are liars. When I realized my package was taking longer than expected, I looked up my tracking and the bottles were being sent from China. I did not want a China made water bottle, especially for that cost. I am now fighting with the company because I refused the package at the Post Office. The company told me to accept the package and follow their instructions. The Post Office told me that it was their way of scamming me into paying for about half the cost, due to S&H. So, I refused the package. They are not upholding their end of their terms on a 30 day refund. They are wanting me to settle for 30% instead of receiving my $100 back. I have tried to file with the BBB but GOTHYDROWATER and their city in Boulder, CO and New York, NY is apparently false. Can't find a name to file. They also told me that they have the water bottles held overseas due to overstock, BLAHHAHAHA!! So, bottom line, save yourself and don't purchase from FRAUDS!!

Ordered a bottle from them. Arrived with a crack in the glass have messaged numerous times on their support address they give out but not had a reply at all. Not even read my email.cheap SH&T from China avoid at all costs.

Stay away! I ordered two bottles that I changed my mind on. They made me take pics and wait for over two weeks and multiple emails to finally get an address which was in Vietnam. The bottles were sent and signed for by someone. Now they don’t have my bottles and won’t send or refund anything.

I bought 3 bottles! NONE of them work! Complete scam and no information to contact the company regarding this!! What a complete waste of money!!!!!!
Would like to honour GOT-HYDRO-WATER minus -5 rating. They should rename their product GOT-DUPED-WATER!!!!!

Should have read reviews. I asked to return and they sent me a packing slip. I returned usps and now they are saying they never authorized a return. Do not buy

I agree with ALL of the negative reviews!!!This is a SCAM!! I should have read the reviews first! Unfortunately they charged me for two bogus bottles when I only ordered one! I emailed their "customer no service" dept and explained I live on a fixed income and couldn't afford two! Their response was, well maybe you could give them away! WHAT A JOKE!! BUYER BEWARE!

Disgraceful!
I ordered this bottle months ago but it didn't get delivered. I have sent and received several emails asking where my order was but was told that it had been delivered. I have just received an email saying they would send a replacement but that I would need to contribute?? Why should I? They didn't sent it recorded delivery or requested a signature and that's why I havent received my order. They said I would need to pay towards this as they are at a loss! A big company at a loss but I haven't got my order. I asked for a refund but they didn't answer this question!

I guess I got scammed too - the product came with no directions and so I’m not sure if it is working or how to care for it . No bubbles just a blue light - glad I only bought one - oh and the website is down so no way to contact them - it’s a rip off.

If I could give a minus star review, that's what I would do for this company. The product is bogus, and when you ask for a return code, they tell you that you must return to Vietnam, pay the cost and add a 20% restock fee which would cost more than the original bottles.

TOTAL SCAM AND USELESS PRODUCT, KISS YOUR MONEY BYE BYE IF YOU PURCHASE THIS.

Bullshit product, water taste awful, even after break in period . I contacted cs for refund and they delayed with instructions of how to make it work. Never improved. Water taste toxic. I feel scammed and further research shows that even if we’re to function properly it would not be adding sufficient hydrogen

Never ever ever order from this company. I ordered it and it arrived too late but they want you to pay a restocking fee of 20% and they really don’t want you to return it. They don’t respond to your questions in a timely manner. Horrible!
