Extremely disappointed with my experience with Gotifab. The outfits I received were nothing like I expected. The sizing was completely inaccurate, with both blouses being far larger than an Australian size 12 despite ordering according to the measurements. One of the beige tops also arrived with stains, and the quality of the material was very poor. The beading was already falling off, making it look cheap, and I also received padding in the blouses when I specifically did not want it.
I communicated with both Milan and Surbhi multiple times, providing clear photos and a video showing the sizing issues and the other faults. Despite this, I did not receive a satisfactory resolution. Instead of taking responsibility for the problems, the process became frustrating and time-consuming.
After giving the company multiple opportunities to resolve the matter, I had no choice but to lodge a formal complaint and pursue a refund through my bank.
I would not recommend Gotifab based on my experience. Poor quality, inaccurate sizing and disappointing customer service.

Following the company's response, I would like to clarify that I did provide Surbhi with several clear photos and a video comparison, exactly as requested, showing the significant sizing difference. The material is also poor quality, feels itchy against the skin and multiple beads have continued to fall off, with several still on my apartment floor. I stand by my review and my experience.

Absolutely loved my lehenga from GotiFab! The quality exceeded my expectations, and the fabric felt so luxurious and comfortable to wear. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were beautiful, and the outfit fit perfectly. I received so many compliments and genuinely felt amazing wearing it. If you’re looking for a gorgeous lehenga that’s great quality and makes you feel confident, I highly recommend GotiFab!

Recently I got beautiful sarara/ plazo set. This set many options for colors. It is very nicely made. The embroidery on net cloth is exclusive. Because it is net fabric the vendor provided very high quality satin fabric as lining. Overall the set is made perfectly. Very pretty. I loved the whole look, quality fabric and embroidery. Wore in wedding and got ton of compliments.👌🏼five star from me.

The material used is so good quality, the stitching is catered to our needs! Good finish! Good varities.

My saree for my nikkah turned out to be beautiful. Unfortunately I had to choose my saree 3 times due to different inconveniences. The customer service was very personable, helped me choose a new saree and made sure it would arrive to me on time. When I received it there was a few gems missing. I give 4 stars only because of the customer service with surbhi if not I would of given a lower rating.

I was really happy with the suit I ordered, Really received what I wanted. Material was good plus the length what I asked for. THANKS N HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I love my Lehenga very much . It fitted well. And the colour is just awesome. I tried it on and I was over the moon . To me in future if I order I’ll definitely be coming to you guys for next order. And it came just in time like you said end of April. First I was bit doubt whether it will reach to me in time but by making one call to Surbhi she helped me out in no time. Done the right choice by shopping with you. And especially when they call on WhatsApp and talk to you personally. Making customers happy by saying how important we are for them. I’ll personally recommend others to shop with Gotifab.

I ordered two lenghas from Gotifab in Feb 2026.

Surbhi immediately reached out via Whatsapp after I placed my order to confirm the order/shipping fulfillment timeline and to confirm if I was okay with it. I received confirmation once the lenghas were dispatched and when they cleared customs in the US. I greatly appreciated the attention to detail and communication.

The lenghas were very good value for the price. The fabric was nice and also the sizing was accurate. I received many compliments on one of the lenghas I wore to a wedding.

I will definitely order again. Thank you Gotifab!

Best lehengas I've ever ordered! These are very high quality lehengas and thoroughly exceeded my expectations; they are even better than the pictures! I ordered a chaniya choli and a mulmul lehenga.

The shipping company (separate from Gotifab) lost my package and the Gotifab team was incredibly helpful in assisting me with locating it and making sure that it got to me.

I had an excellent experience ordering chahiya choli from this online store in India. The fabric quality is outstanding—exactly as shown on their website, which honestly exceeded my expectations. Their customer service is equally impressive. Within an hour of placing my order, a representative (Surbhi) personally called me to confirm my measurements and even adjusted the dresses for a perfect fit at no extra cost. I requested delivery within a week, and they delivered right on time.
