Did not realize that this was a third party passport renewal service and placed an order but am able to renew myself. Contacted customer service and they were very responsive, cancelling my order despite me having signed a no cancellation policy. 5 stars for customer service, no idea if the renewal service actually works.

I ordered a copy of my birth certificate March 25th from them. They charged $59.95, and sent an email saying I would get a packet in the mail to finish the procedure of getting the certificate and, there would be another $15.00 charge per copy. They said the whole procedure would take 30days or less to get my document. I got their packet on May 15th...so much for the 30 day turnaround. It contained a form that had been partially filled out and printed with some of my information and some incorrect information. I filled in the blanks and corrected their errors and put it and a check for the $15.00 in a pre addressed envelope they sent. It was mailed on May 16th. I still don't have my certificate. I sent governmantfilings an email and they referred me to the original email saying 30 days to get it. They said to wait the time indicated and then call the state of NY to see what was going on. It's already well over 30 days already so I tried calling Vital Records in NY. They only have recordings that refer you to their website to check things. On that site they don't have a record of anything that I could find. I responded back to governmentfilings email and explained everything, and requested a refund. They must have copied and pasted the response they had already sent me as it said the exact same thing as their first reply. I responded to their second note and they haven't replied. They have succeded in taking my money and wasting 4 months of my time. I've tried to be patient with the virus going on, but it's been 4 months and they have done nothing but send me a piece of paper and an envelope. For almost $65.00 they could have at least put a stamp on it. I've also complained to BBB, it seems they have a long file with them too. STAY AWAY FROM governmantfilingsonline!!!!!

I ordered a renewal passport but them realized I no longer needed to order this. I contacted GovFilingsOnline and they quickly resolved my issue and refunded my money.
I would use them again if needed.

This company will assist you in providing all the documents you will need to process your passport renewal. Be aware, though, that further government fees are required to complete the final application.

Well I had originally planned on getting a replacement Birth Certificate for my daughter who misplaced hers. After I ordered it my daughter called and said she had found the original. I quickly requested a cancellation the same day and was granted a refund.

I accidentally order something from the wrong website. They gave me a full refund and still processed the order.
