Pros: The site simplified the EIN application process for me with an easy to use form. I received my EIN almost immediately, which I needed in order to submit an invoice on my first contracted job. Customer service has been prompt and courteous.

Cons: The service is expensive. In my hast, I failed to read the statement at the bottom on the page stating clearly that I could get my EIN for free. Upon learning that I could have received my EIN for free, I requested a 50% refund which was granted, but I have to wait 7-10 business to see if it successfully goes through.

NOT: RENEW YOUR PASSPORT. but receive a partially completed Passport Renewal Application for $129.95, pay for your own photo and $110.00 for the Passport renewal. Contact your own State Government for direct Passport Renewal. Don't lose your time and money with this fake online company.

Do not waste your money or time!!!! They charge you $60 to send you papers that you could get for free from the govt website. And it's all through snail mail. Papers have to be notarized. It's super slow. I ended up going on the official government website and I can do it for cheaper and quicker online.

Steer clear. The positive reviews here are likely the scammers themselves. These people just deceive you to make you think you are on a govt website. Stay away from this scam!

This is a scam. They send you an official government form available for free anywhere.

They have been careful to create all the words to make them on the edge of legal, but they are doing zero work. It's just a total giveaway of your money for a free form which you send to the government.

Serious fraud!!

After my purchase I realized this was not the service I needed. They graciously gave me a full refund after I had already signed a no refund term of agreement!
