If I could give no stars I would. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING from this site. To this day, I have been trying to get these people to send me my packet so I can get my sons birth certificate. I spent 59 bucks on a scam and I wish I would have found this site sooner. Do not pay attention to the the positive reviews. They are completely fake and I am trying to get my money back. Again...DO NOT USE THIS SITE! They will take your money!!

I freaked out
I freaked out when I couldn’t find my son’s birth certificate and I ordered one in panic mode because he needed his passport. Then we found it right after I put in the order. I put in a request to cancel and Rebecca contacted me and was able to cancel and refund my money the same day. She was awesome!! Thank you!!

Very simple cancellation process.
I ordered a birth certificate not knowing I already had one. I was able to cancel the order in a very timely fashion. The representative got back to me immediately to remedy the situation!

These folks are crooks!
In my opinion, these folks are simply crooks! They quote a price, force you to check a box with their no-cancelation policy, then they send you an email indicating they will mail a packet to order your birth certificate, with additional fees. This 2-step process is completely unnecessary, and the failure to disclose additional fees disgusting. Go to VitalChek! It's cheap and does not require all this nonsense.
