They intentionally designed their website to be misleading. When you Google Global Entry, they have a sponsored ad that lands them at the top of the results. In teeny tiny print it says this is not affiliated with a government agency.

I’m outraged that this company took my money. They say on their website they also have 24/7 customer service. Also a lie. They only respond during normal business hours.

Save yourself the embarrassment of making the horrible decision I did.

I inadvertently clicked on this company's link thinking it was the official Gov't website, and applied for my GOES thru them. They charge a fee. When I realized my error I contacted them and they were very responsive and they refunded my fee.

It was a great experience, everything was very correct and simple, and furthermore, I received an email with information about how long it would take to make it, and it was sent to me sooner than I expected. just have to thank it for its effectiveness.

Easy and self-explanatory. Email responses and information were also very helpfull.

Disclaimer, which is not your fault but mught be a helpfull information: in all your information, it said we wouldn't need anything because the visa is on the passport allready. Well if you want to leave Germany via an airport towards the states, the Germans want printed proof anyways.

I have been trying to reach them since their phone lines opened this morning. We are really concerned that this is a scam since we did not read the fine print. I have left several messages and a service agent never seems to be available. I feel like there is no other way but to use this platform to find a resolution. For the amount charged they should be more responsive! We haven't received an invoice for the amount paid, the email says that we need to wait 72 hours. I also feel so misguided and mislead.

It is rallye easy, also for non-native speaker, to understand and fill the form.
