I made a mistake in my application
I made a mistake in my application (the CCV) code and sent an email to ask to correct. This was immediately taken up and corrected. Later the quality of my passport picture was not in order so I was asked to send a new one. With every step of the way I was perfectly informed of the status of my application. Even after receiving the approval, I received an email checking if everything was in place. Great service!

Easy to use, but can’t do it yourself
Positives, easy to use, clear and direct. Popped up first in the browser and looked sem-official.
Negatives, can do it oneself without the 70GBP handling change to pass a self-filled form to the US Gov.

Intuitive forms can be filled easily, clear and easy formed questions, easy to even strangers to understand. Only one thing was not so not comfortable for me. I didnot received any mail (double checked spam, and other unwanten mail messages folders) with request of further form filling and complete / edit after pay 90 USD. I have wait 2 days, and i decided to check it by myself over your www. I filled the form, i have payed next 21 USD as described in the info. Acceptance of my ESTA was come in several minutes. So i have only one remark for the process.

Save your Money. USE the Official ESTA website
I'd leave less than one if it was possible. Complete and total rip off. I made the same mistake of not reading all of the less than obvious information. And was tricked by their efforts to make it resemble a government site. Absolutely certain this can't be completely right. Charges 70 for a processing fee?!? I'm sure it's all automated at their end. If the information you input is wrong it'll be denied and you'll lose all your money anyway.
Save your money and go to the official ESTA website. Input the same information and you'll get the ESTA for $21.00. It's easy and very straightforward. Probably even easier than this service. And if you ask, you'll get help with it.
More fool me. Live and learn......

Totally unnecessary and timely website
Totally unnecessary and timely website. They go through official websites and in the end they apply scams, I ended up paying 175.00 dollars thinking I was paying the US government and then I saw that it was for this fraudulent website. I asked for a refund at the same time via email and they said they could only refund 25%. As they didn't give me a refund or reversed the transaction, I contacted the authorities in my country and I'm trying to cancel the purchase through the card operator.

This is a garbage scam site and they obviously buy their 5 star reviews. Stay away. They charged me 175 dollars! It takes longer than applying for ESTA the normal way (wich costs 21 dollars)? And they try to make you go to an interview at the embassy! Absolute bull
