DO NOT USE its a scam
DO NOT USE its a scam. Go to an official govt website, it will save you over $100. It has cost me $150, my husband paid $34 for his and came through after 2hrs, still waiting for mine. Urrrrgh :(

Its so much quicker now!
For many years previously I held a US visa so it had been a long time since I applied for an ESTA. It was so much easier and quicker now! Simple to fill in and with a fast turnaround to completion. No problems at either border on transit either.

Everything was great except that I received an unexplained charge on my corporate credit card of USD 90 in addition to the standard charge for an ESTA. I am waiting to get clarity around this charge from esta-assist.com
