Used for ESTA applying
I looked for the site to submit the ESTA application. I found the form via the Gov Travel Support site without without realizing I was going through a third party support site. I filled out the form without needing help, I made the payment, part of which went to Gov Travel Support.
When I realized this, I contacted them and pointed out that I hadn't actually used any of their services, just went through their site, so I asked for a refund. After some exchanges of informations, I was refunded 100%, so they proved to be serious and honest. I leave positive feedback on this aspect.
