I’m unsure I needed this service but it works
Misleading information on Google but once registered the visa came quickly. I was charged twice but it didn’t take too long to get the extra payment refunded.

Don't use them
I had an oversight and use them. Communication was poor. Hubby got ESTA approval with an incorrect spelling. They were not willing to resubmit another application and said if they were, we have to pay again. As much as they assured us, we have no confidence with something inaccurate. I asked for a refund and they said they may consider refunding $23 but nothing was heard.
I blamed myself for the oversight and spent so much unnecessary money and ended up with such a disappointing result.
Finally, someone admitted mistakes made and refunded the processing fee for my husband's application which I appreciated.

AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!!!!!!!! This is a fraudulent set up. Avoid this website at all cost .
I erroneously applied on 21st April 2024 on ESTA Assist website and realised when i got no receipt ( not my first time applying for ESTA) so an over sight .. Yes I pathed with $111 ( $90 service fee & $21 ESTA fee ) . I accepted this and moved on but my goodness these dudes did mess around with me !!
Now no response over 72 hours which is absurd, agent not picking calls as rings out when you dial +1 321-541-4221.
I now realised that instead of agent charging my card the entire $111 at once and paying the CBP from their own card, they went ahead and charge my card $90 first to secure their fee & then when they attempted to charge my card a further $21 this off course may not have gone through as defeats the pre authorisation rule .. ( For sure agent want to be anonymous) whilst working from God knows where !
Fast forward 192 hours after, they eventually email me on 29th April to advise I complete the application which they have started. I logged in 30th April and it was not on CBP website .
I eventually started a fresh application from scratch on official ESTA website, paid the right amount to CBP and got ESTA in two hours .
I emailed ESTA ASSIST and advised what had happened & I have asked for the $90 refund ASAP as no service delivered & Kyle then offered to refund $23 ???? I will be escalating and ensuring i recover the full funds as no service delivered and no application made when I checked online .
As I told Kyle I applied and got ESTA after the application number he shared with me never existed, he advise "Your ESTA expires April 2026" for sure he had accessed ESTA dashboard with my passport number and DOB and reciting what I already know .
Kyle if you read this, I'm the applicant 22985*********2F which never existed on CBP website. I need my $90 back as per your money back guarantee quoted to Lisa below in one of similar review here as you delivered no service!!!!
