I honestly did not plan to use this…
I honestly did not plan to use this website to arrange my ESTA for America. I have done it previously directly through the American ESTA website. I was rushing and it was not until it was completed I realized I had used the wrong website. This is quite over priced for processing a simple document, it cost me $150 (New Zealand dollars) and then the cost of the ESTA on top of it. Won't use the website again as I can do this myself directly with the American ESTA website.

Quick,Efficient and Friendly
The service was quick and efficient. Because there was an initial issue with the passport jpg. I submitted and I had to resubmit it, I therefore dealt with 2-3 team members, but each one was polite and helpful and the problem was resolved quickly so that I had the ESTA in good time to travel.

Deceptive and misleading
This website/company is an outright scam, masquerading as an official U.S. Government site for ESTA applications. They prey on unsuspecting consumers, offering absolutely no legitimate services. Instead, they simply echo the same questions found on the official government website and exploit users by charging quadruple the standard fees. Their only "service" is to deceitfully transfer your data to the actual government platform. Consumers should be vigilant and steer clear of this fraudulent operation to avoid being egregiously overcharged.

ESTA approval delay
ESTA approval was delayed due to my credit company
did not allow payment instantly.
My company rule requires security code for quick payment, but ESTA process did not include this input.
