Happy with the delivery. Text me about 20 minutes before arriving which was helpful.
Very quick and polite. Made sure all my packages were in order and the packaging wasn’t damaged. Couldn’t complain about mandeep and Jaswinder.
The only annoying thing was the delivery was due the day before ,which I had made sure I was home, to receive a text message 2 minutes before the end of the delivery slot to say it was 24 hours delayed.

GPS logistics were great at keeping us informed of what was going on with the delivery. However the delivery crew looked like they were dragged in of the streets to do the job. No ppe and not bothered that the item was damaged. The state of the packaging alone should of been an indication to them. Would not have anything delivered by them again. Two stars is genorous.

Worst delivery company and manufacturers ever!!! Took them 3 attempts to deliver our bed frame and on the third time when they actually turned up they sent the wrong size bed that we ordered!

Bad experience. Delivery men decided not to Assemble the bed they delivered even though they were meant to. They then lied to their company that we said we will sort it out. Also tried to call them back when we received the information that they were meant to assemble but they never picked up our calls. The company also complete the feedback form on our behave such that you can not even amend it. Very bad

The first time we were getting our furniture delivered; the delivery guys were not good and not helpful, we couldn’t accept the furniture because we couldn’t leave them in the hallway, because they weren’t willing to help to take one floor up. We are elderly couple, you cannot expect us to lift heavy sofa and armchairs.

When getting the delivery of the same furniture the second time; these guys were so much more better. Really thoughtful and nice! They helped to move the furniture in and making sure everything was okay for us. Thank you HARJINDER & BHUPINDER for your help today!

Not very good the van dirty looking bed was just thrown in back on top of one another doesn't look good

Prompt delivery and advised by phone on delivery time. package delivered with no damage and a very helpful driver.

GP Logistics contacted me twice by email to provide delivery updates on the delivery and the driver phoned an hour before to confirm when he would be arriving. The driver was very polite and carried the parcel inside before taking photographs. No damage to the packing and it seemed to be handled carefully. Basically everything you would hope for from a delivery company.

We heard nothing about our delivery time slot for months only to be given a date at less than 48 hours notice which was not suitable.

No alternative date was provided for over a week. When it was provided after our request, it came through on a Saturday for a Monday which again is not enough time to arrange for someone to be in the house for delivery.

After an awful phone call with customer service we were told we would get another date, either Tuesday or Thursday. Only on Tuesday we were told Thursday with less than 48 hours notice.

We booked time off work to receive the delivery on the Thursday (scheduled 0900-1300) But received an email at 0930 to say that our delivery was cancelled with no explanation. Nobody would answer the phone to us for two days afterward, we also received no response to our emails.

The following Wednesday we were given less than 24 hours notice for our next delivery slot (1100-1400) but made arrangements for this to be delivered. The morning of the delivery at 0850 the delivery driver called to say they were 20 minutes away and would not be waiting for us, if we weren’t there to receive the delivery it would be taken away. Fortunately, at expense, we were able to arrange someone else to collect the delivery at the property.

At every single opportunity, GPS have been rude and aggressive, hanging up on phone calls, dropped calls after 10 minutes on hold, no response to emails. They have been actively difficult in arranging any delivery.

I have contacted the party who we purchased the product through to advise that they will not be getting any further business from us because of their choice of logistics firm and that they should consider who they partner with in the future. Absolutely unacceptable all round.

Daniel and woitek were very helpful with our delivery. The packages had come open in transit due to bad packaging by the seller. Daniel and woitek helped collect all the pieces which had come loose and helped get everything into the house.

Delivered my new sofa bed arrived an hour early after ringing to check this was OK. Daniel and woitek were brilliant delivered to room of choice very polite and quick nice guys. I know there's a lot of bad reviews for this company but these guys did a great job many thanks consignment number GP3026512-8424

Parcel arrived as messaged. Recieved phone call . Before delivery. Delivery man . Carried my item upstairs. Very sociable and helpful. Very satisfied with service .
