The 2 gentlemen that deliver my goods were so nice and polite and very helpful .

Delivered wrong item and when they returned with correct item said the item was too big to deliver to room of choice and left it in my hallway yet me and my son managed to take it upstairs without to much hassle

Very friendly and polite, made conversation. Generally nice people. I didn’t have to ask where I wanted my large delivery, I was asked straight away and nothing was too much trouble.

The couriers who delivered my furniture were courteous and helpful, it was delivered on time and I was kept informed all the time. Thank you

Should of delivered the bed and installed upstairs arrived and put into garage and drove off not good at all

Jaswinder & Mandeep delivered our new table and bench today. They were polite, informative and kindly carried it through to my room of choice.

My Chesterfield sofas’ were delivered to London from afar, by Stephen and Richard. I must say I was impressed by their competent standard of work and service. Very friendly and professional. Would definitely use GP Logistics and have already recommended to friends!

Quick delivery and I would like to say thank you to delivery drivers Jaswinder and Mandeep for taking care of my product. They sent me a message a day before with the time slot which was followed and another message on the delivery day to let me know how far are they from my home!

Initially, I was impressed at how quickly my bed had been dispatched and the communication from the drivers. However, they did not follow delivery instructions and when they arrived informed me that they did not have the bed on board as it had not been loaded onto their van.

I will say that Steve from Hellibeds did respond quickly to my email and did follow this up.

Happy to amend this review if this issue is resolved promptly.

The two delivery drivers Stephen and Richard were really good and helpful coming to back of my property to deliver and kept me informed about the delivery. They delivered my 8 chairs and unpacked the boxes and put them away in a corner for me all nicely managed and am very happy and satisfied wit the service!

Absolutely shocking, 5 attempts over a month to deliver a bed. The first 3 times where no shows after arranging a day and time. The 4th attempt they delivered the wrong items and the final attempt they arrived to build it. Built the bed wrong, it's all back to front and bits hanging off, never came back to fix it, left all the boxes and packaging lying in the garden, not even in one area, scattered all over the place. Not impressed at all

Awful, the bed that arrived was in a disgusting state all bashed and marked and has to go back. Not only that but the delivery team scuffed the banister and dented the wall in my brand new just built house!! I'm now stuck with an unusable bed taking up half my room. Disgusting service.

Excellent service for delivery of my New mattress
From ordering to delivery communication was superb, Text message Email and Phone call to advise of the delivery process.
Delivery guys were great 3 hour time slot was perfect and nothing was too much trouble old mattress removed also

Very lovely couriers, we're so polite and very talkative and friendly which you don't come across many of them nowadays and they were very understanding of my partners circumstances of being pregnant so we're very helpful.
