Delivery arrived slightly later than scheduled but the delivery guys were very friendly and polite. They opened up all the packages to check that the items were as ordered and were generally very helpful. Thank you.

Daniel and Adil came to collect an item-kept me informed about timings and very polite/helpful when they arrived.

taken a bit of time to hear where my delivery was as didn’t heard anything when contacted the seller they contacted over and heard back very quickly when delivery arrived they were both very kind and helpful excellent delivery service

Absolutely horrendous have stolen my parcel keep telling the company they have delivered it and they haven't won't send me an email confirming it haven't been delivered.. have totally been ripped off by this company horrendous tried contacting the company many times they have been rude and just fobbed me off everytime !!!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!!!!!

My delivery time was between 15:00 to 18:00. Daniel and Adil arrived put the bunk beds in the room and left by 15:22 so quick and efficient.

On arrival, we thought there was an issue with goods, but this was quickly sorted out by Daniel making a phone call to supplier of furniture and was immediately resolved, so professional, both guys treated my home with upmost respect, highly recommend

First delivery did not show up after an email and a text to confirm time slot. Unable to get hold of anyone by phone or email. Contacted the company I had bought the bed from and they chased. Another delivery slot was given 5 days later. They did show up then! There was quite a lot of damage done to the 3 boxes i had delivered which I took photos of but everything inside was undamaged

Awful, had confirmation of delivery and did not appear without a bed for nearly a week. Once delivered told that it was drop off only even thought we’d paid for it to be put up and cleared away.

I should add the delivery drivers were great and helpful but the service to that point had been shocking.
