Excellent service! Daniel & Adil were the delivery guys. Very polite and friendly. Gave me a courtesy call before delivery, arrived exactly when they said.

Very poor service, 4 attempts to get a bed delivered, one was a complete no show and another turned up with nothing on the van ? , you cannot get through on the phone and made false promises when you do. Would never deal with this company again.

Very good communication and lots of notice before the delivery which made it a very stress free experience. I was very impressed by Daniel and Adil’s professionalism and would highly recommend them.

If I could give 0 star I would. This is because i had 3 no shows and then the only time they sounded like they were going to deliver (as they were 1 hour away) would be a a Wednesday where I told them previously 3 times that I'm not available Wednesdays. Cowboy company with people who you can't understand when you finally get through to them on the phone after a million attempts

Daniel & Adil were extremely polite, friendly and did everything they could for me when delivering our item. Would recommend any day.

I was having a large parcel picked up but had to go into work so was unable to be at home, I had a call from Daniel and Adil to say that they were only 15 minutes away I did explain that I couldn’t be there but gave them directions to my house as it can be a little difficult to find and also where I’d left the parcel in a safe place. When they got to my house they rang me to make sure they had the right address. The parcel was picked up and they left me a collection ticket. I was so impressed by the communication from Daniel and Adil who sounded lovely on the phone that I rang them to thank them for their great service.

If I could give zero stars I would. Worse company I have ever ever dealt with. Cancelled deliveries, no shows, rescheduled ones. My bed finally got delivered at 10.45 pm!!! A young woman answering the door this late at night you ought to be ashamed of yourselves. Disgusting customer services. No one answers phone calls or emails. Just avoid at all costs.

Daniel & Adil collected a damaged bed and re delivered a new one. They were extremely polite and helpful. Great communication and was kept updated throughout the delivery process. Thank you guys x

A great experience of a collection, on time, very polite and respectful of my property

Daniel and Adil delivered my bed today. Delivery was quick and they put the packages where I needed them. Was kept up to date the whole time about when they would be arriving and what to expect, they were very polite and helpful. I’d definitely recommend GP Logistics. Cannot fault them!

Very bad experience. Got an email saying my bed was delivered 18 March. Lies . Nothing has been delivered after several rescheduled delivery dates by them. No one answers the phone or responds to your emails. Do not buy an Arista Living bed. Steer clear and go with a reputable company.

Absolutely disgusting!

We were due a delivery this morning between 9-12pm. 3 hours later, no bed, no contact, can’t contact them as their offices are closed! I spoke to dfs who we ordered from and they said the shipment has not been scanned out of the warehouse therefore it’s unlikely to be delivered today!

We have already had our old mattress and bed removed due to living in a small house and needed it gone before the delivery of our new bed and mattress! Therefore we now have no where to sleep tonight! I’m sat here in tears and so frustrated as cannot contact anyone until the morning!!!!!

Daniel and adil Delivered my bed and they where brilliant. Very professional and polite. They took it straight upstairs for me. Very impressed

My new bed was delivered today by two helpful and friendly men called Daniel and Adil. They were professional and double checked to make sure that I was happy with where they had left the boxes. Would recommend both to others

Bed delivered by Daniel & Adil, good communication on the day, nice polite and left it exactly where I needed it.
Couldn't fault them on the day.

GP as a whole messed up my first delivery, and missing delivery, marked as delivered not so great. Getting through on Customer Servuce phone number hopeless and continually cuts off after 10 minutes on hold.
Could do a lot better with communication when things go wrong!
