Bed and mattress delivered by Daniel and Adil very professional place my items where I asked with no problem, very polite young men amazing service

Mattress delivered by Jaswinder, he called ahead of delivery and helped us take the mattress upstairs. Great service, thank you.

Daniel and adil were brilliant from start to finish. Really friendly, boxes hadn't been bashed, they delivered them to the room we had asked and even delivered one night early which suited us! Would recommend.

Daniel and Adil were due to deliver my mattress on 16/3/2022 but messaged me the day before to say they could deliver earlier than planned on 15/3/2022. When I said I would be at work until later they agreed to drop off when I was at work probably going past their usual working time.
Great service, professional, on time and polite.

Daniel and Adil were absolutely brilliant today with delivery. They kept me updated on where they were and how far away before they arrived. They offered to put it where I needed and were really lovely guys to talk to.
Definitely recommend with guys like these 2.

Terrible service! Let me down four times before delivery. I called them and was told “we’re to busy to answer emails” if possible avoid!

We have been trying to get a delivery of 2 parts to our workshop for over 5 weeks, multiple excuses as to why. If you call the number they hang up on you - They either answer and stay on the line for 30 seconds or just hang up on answering.

We are in Dudley and the parts are in Wolverhampton. At this point we want to collect the parts not have them delivered but we cannot even communicate with them to organise this.

Our customers (for obvious reasons) are refusing to believe parts take this long to deliver and we have no justification because they should not at all.

1 week later, still no parts, no communication and no apology. Managed to speak to a very rude advisor who kept telling the girls to stop speaking multiple times

Customers still do not believe its the delivery company with the issues

Further 5 days - Still doesn't look like we are getting the mechanism delivered

- We do finally have a date organised ( fingers crossed)

No parts still 😂🤮🤦‍♂️, To be honest I give up

- 11/04 parts were delivered completely smashed and none usable - 10/10 would recommend to a friend

03/05 Im going to pretend like this is a bad dreams and one day ill wake up and ill have my mech and interior
10/05 i like to come back here to remind myself every now and again we are still owed 1 mech and 1 interior

Shockingly poor service . Wish I could give zero stars.
2 arranged dates for collecting a mattress purchased via Argos (also very poor service) to return to Dormeo. Didn’t turn up TWICE! No communication from them , unable to get through by phone and no reply to my email. I was left with a king size mattress in my hallway for 11 days as no where else to store it! Third time lucky , they collected today - no cover for the mattress (as promised by Argos) . Delivery person walked wet muddy footprints into hallway and then proceeded to drag otherwise pristine mattress through the muddy prints , then lifted it up and chucked onto back of van. He said his “company would put a cover on it” You couldn’t make it up!!
I have just read this on the company’s website “All our driver are fully trained to the highest level providing the white glove service we expect from a first class company. The drivers come with full PPE and Uniform.”
Absolutely false - they should probably be reported to trading standards!!
Dormeo and Argos - this bunch of jokers are the face of your company - I suggest you get rid !!! Hopefully will never have to come across them again.

Fab delivery

Daniel and Adil were fab, delivery on time and contacted us before arriving. Left the parcel exactly where I wanted it and we’re really friendly lads.

In terms of the delivery drivers themselves, they had contacted me the day prior to the scheduled delivery to ask if this could be delivered on that day, which I was really pleased about as I had waited over 3 and a half months for this bed frame for our guest bedroom, and there had been numerous communication issues with the delivery partner (GP Logistics) and the manufacturer of the bed frame.

Daniel and Adil had worked hard to get the delivery to us promptly, carried the items to the room of our choice and were pleasant and kind throughout despite their long journey travelling from England to the North East of Scotland. We couldn't have asked for anything more from both and they made our day by delivering this earlier than expected.

Daniel and Adil delivered my items on time as stated to the room of my choice. Very friendly professional service.

Exterior box damaged in 3 places and content damaged.

It took 5 attempts for a confirmation of arrival and then 1hr 30mins late to complete the pick-up

Absolute nightmare of a company. Hope I never have to use them again. They lie and fob you off regarding your delivery
