Awful customer service

I was recently forced to look for other services due to the lack of customer service in Tech Support
During a DOT audit, I needed crucial information that was pertinent to the audit. And it took four weeks in order for me to get the proper documents need for the trucks. Out of extreme frustration. I found another supplier for my ELD needs and canceled my business with the company. Now they are charging a cancellation fee. And the cancelation was due to their poor service. Multiple times multiple requests, and I have called their credit team since the end of december 2025 trying to resolve this pastor invoice that I do not feel. I should be responsible for because of their inadequate service and their voice message states. They are still on holiday and to call back. We are now in february. This is a shady company.

The worse experience

The worse experience. Smooth in the beginning before your sold a bs System. For the next 3 years cameras were constantly not recording without giving me any notifications. You have to request one minute clips if there is an accident, you’d have to go back and try to figure out what time it was can’t keep track of actual drivers cause there’s no constant fee to go back and look this was never told to me.. tell you some BSAI camera that can detect stuff that it really doesn’t matter. After a year and a half, almost 2 years with them and fighting with them to always get new systems. I finally decided to break my contract and even pay the early termination fee for the contract. Then, when I returned my broken equipment, they try to charge me over $2500 saying that the equipment wasn’t working and not in the best condition. Supervisors are never available. They tell you the same thing over and over they’ve been telling me for months, we will escalate this to our supervisor, but refuse to give you the supervisor’s contact information email or phone number to call directly yourself now they’re merging with this so-called Zonar company. Android supervisors never got back to me in the last six months Santiago the same thing they cannot be found on the BBB to report them. Neither company do not use their services. They cannot be found on Google for reviews yelp for reviews.. I got more results for going on Amazon and buying my own dash cams with SD cards that I can go back and rewind everything that I ever did use in these guys crappy products for years.

it was good but a lot of information in a short amount of time and Im someone that learns from doing . So I tried to follow along while doing it and got lost.
