The worst company out there. They did not load everything initially as they had issues with their crew. As a result there was an overflow which we had to pay additional for and when the overflow arrived not all items were loaded. I have relocated before and this time it was terrible! Quick to take your money but fail to deliver a service. Wrote a letter of complaint 2 months ago and no further response. Be careful, I suggest trying a different removalist.

The sales representative was very attentive until the contract was signed, but then we never heard from him again. He convinced us to sell a significant number of items, despite there being ample space remaining in the container.
On moving day, it came to light that Crown and Grace are one and the same company, which means they have almost the monopoly on international removals in Perth!
The removal team displayed a regrettable lack of courtesy and took items that we had explicitly indicated were not part of our belongings. It has come to our attention that the coffee table was not protected with adequate care, resulting in its legs becoming damaged and broken. Some paintings had damaged frames, as did some furniture and a sculpture...
The box protecting our totem pole was broken...
The shelves, which we dismantled and organised together, were packed into several boxes without any prior notification on the boxes. (shelves in boxes for kitchenware...)
To summarise, I would like to state that I do not recommend your overpriced services, given the result.

I am incredibily grateful for the service provided by Grace Removalists. They were professional, friendly and went above and beyond to look after me and my belongings. My family and I will always use Grace Removalists in the future - I cannot recommend them enough.

Very quick response to my inquiring, I approached 3 other carriers and Kellie Nairn at Grace was so efficient and helpful. And the cost was excellent - mind you I'd have paid more just for such efficiency.
The delivery men were also top notch.

16 boxes of personal belongings packed in Perth in April arrived securely in Phuket in August. My friend is extremely happy to have her belongings back and we both are most impressed with Grace shipping.

Grace Team delivered our Shipment. We were very impressed for the professionalism and skills Grace team demonstrated led by SEAN. They handled our boxes and all items very carefully and gently. They set our bedroom furnitures and dining table nicely. All team members were very pleasant and professional.

The Moving consultant in Perth, Jessica Theseira, worked hard to accommodate my requests and I am grateful for her prompt responses each time I had a query. On Uplift day in Perth, I was mortified when I saw the heavy cross trainer machine sitting on top of 2 levels of boxes in the container; I understand everything had to be packed tightly in the container for the train ride. I am glad I had bubble-wrapped all my glassware and placed them inside empty pots and boxes for double protection. In addition, I had compacted the stuff in the boxes, filling any space with cushions/crushed paper and ensured each box was filled to the brim. My furniture & boxes were delivered to my apartment exactly 3 weeks from collection. The delivery men in Melbourne, Jimmy and Richard, were cheerful and friendly, despite having to walk so much more to my 3rd floor apartment. Several of my boxes looked crushed at the corners, but nothing inside was broken. However, I couldn't find some clothes, can't remember where I had packed them. Nevertheless, I feel it is an overall positive experience for me with Grace Removals.

The pack up crew were excellent. When the furniture was delivered the crew were great. Every thing was put in the right rooms. Beds were put together and washing machine was set. All up the service was fantastic.

The whole process was easy, the whole staff were very friendly and professional in our dealing. Nothing that we raised during the process was too hard or difficult for Grace to sort and give us timely feedback. Would be very willing to recommend Grace to any one wanting a top level company to deal with with.

The Grace staff who was involved with my shipment are very helpful and honest.

Personally we had a stressful experience with Grace. Our movers arrived mid-day as they had a delivery before us. Grace lacked communication. Our move was an all day move, and we still spent driving at least 40min to the new address.
We’d like to commend the 3 gentleman doing the move, Azad Dankher, Lovepreet Singh and Ritwick as they were very professional, polite, hard working and went above and beyond to finish the job. A very long day that ended at 7PM.

Our move from Toodyay, WA, to Sunbury, Victoria was smooth, professional and 'personally friendly' from our first contact with Jennay at Grace, Forrestfield, WA. Thanks Jennay for setting up and steering us through what was as pleasant a process as moving home could be.
From the remotely monitored video walk though our house to ascertain what was to form the quote, to the delivery of and agreement to the very reasonable quote, then on to the scheduled careful and skilful packing of our household effects, the cheerful and efficient team doing the on - time uplift, the process was seamless and flawless. Then such was the communication between WA and Victoria that
we received personal and timely advice updates regarding delivery details to our new address, and Bobby and Matt duly arrived on date, on time unloading, locating and, where necessary, reconstructing some items that had been carefully disassembled for transport.
Damage was limited to a few minor scuff marks I believe to be unavoidable on such an undertaking.
When Bobby and Matt had finished the final aspect of the move, apart from one bedroom filled with boxes, our house looked fairly much like a home.
We couldn't be more satisfied with our move with Grace and we commend them without reservation.

Melinda Crotty my Moving Consultant was wonderful. She was incredibly helpful and genuinely lovely to deal with, nothing was ever too much trouble. I really appreciated how professional and kind she was throughout the whole process. Honestly, Melinda is such an asset to your team, she made a stressful time feel so much easier, and I’m really grateful for that.
Grace's packing and moving charges were also considerably cheaper than those of other large, well-known companies, which made the whole experience even better.
The removalists who packed my items did so with great care, and everything arrived safely to SA.

The removal men where amazing… They made sure they did all they could to accommodate my extra additional items (due to a misunderstanding) and kept me calm!
