I never received my order

I never received my order. It's been almost 2 months. This site is obviously a scam and I will be filing a fraud report with my bank and the Bureau.

Been two months and have received…

Been two months and have received nothing. I sent email after email and only reply was to wait. I even paid for insurance. But there’s no way to collect on it. Do not give this sight a moments consideration! Update! After posting this review I was indeed contacted and given a full refund! So I added 2 stars.

They ripped me off for $26.00 but refunded it after I posted a negative review.

They sent me an item that was not like the one advertised. It was smashed from shipping, was not embroidered as the picture showed. It was a children's size that was terrible. When I contacted them it was a bullsh-t answer. They offered me 20% of my original payment. I was ripped off for $26. DO NOT buy from them!! UPDATE: After this review was published they contacted me wanting me to help remove the review if they refunded all of the purchase price. They did refund the rest of my purchase price but I think it was because they got a bad review. I have read other reviews and can relate to their problems. Even though I got my full purchase price back, I had to keep pushing them. I will not buy from them again. 8/9/26

I would give zero stars if available

I would give zero stars if available. Horrendously deceptive photos of the Eagle Solar light for which i waited several weeks. I paid $48 for a piece of crap product i am too embarrassed to put in my yard! I would have paid maybe $7 or $8 for it at most if i knew what I was really buying. They are now playing the percentage money back game with me. I want ALL of my money back!
Don’t be stupid like I was and trust this place!
Deceptive fraudulent liars!

Great customer support/service

All in all the experience was positive, The customer service representative did all within their power to make the experience positive. The issues I had was communication and delay in the ordering system. Initially there was no confirmation of the order having been placed, an extended timeframe before acknowledgement of shipping and a tracking number that only tracked the item to the USA not to my house. I agent I spoke with responded quickly to my correspondence helping to ensure the order was placed and correcting the order when I found an error. This individual improved my experience. I thank them.

This is an exceptional company

This is an exceptional company, from their products to customer service they stand by their word! I ordered a beautiful wreath and eagle for America 250! Unfortunately I ordered to late and they were not going to arrive in time, but their customer service is AMAZING! And made sure I was refunded! I will definitely be ordering again!!!

Selecting one of their beautifully crafted items was simple.

Selecting one of their beautifully designed U.S. eagles was very easy due to the original nature of the item.

Ordered a beautiful Wreath to celebrate…

Ordered a beautiful Wreath to celebrate America's 250th on May 22, 2026. Received a confirming email that states it shipped on May 25th. I haven't received it yet, and have not received any updates as to where my order is currently. I do have a Tracking Number, but it's confusing, to say the least, to understand the shippers information. I'm doubtful that it will arrive before July 4th, this year, 2026.
