Absolutely fantastic team at Gracegentle. Made my 80 year old mum over the moon with the Jelly Cat Sage Green Dragon we had been looking for for months. Easy webiste to use lots of products and fantastic delivery, mum even got a bad of Haribo Strawberries in with the package so was super happy. Thanks Gracegentle I will definitely be ordering from you guys again very soon

Denise and Jo are SO LOVELY
Denise and Jo are SO LOVELY. They can't do enough to help and make the shopping experience a pure joy. I really wanted a specific Jellycat (Huge Sage Dragon) and they called me the second it arrived in store, I love them so much. They also ship items out so quickly when I can't get into town. Amazing shop, wonderful service.

apologies delivery was longer than expected we do state standard delivery (2-4) days. Your item was sent on day of order Friday 31st May and we can see from Royal Mail Tracking it was delivery on Monday 3rd June so that was within our stated delivery times for 48 Hour tracked. But once again apologies we did not meet the timescale you was expecting.

Lovely communication everything is as seen and of good quality and price, Lovely 10% discount as well when subscribed to the news letter ✉️ My Jellycat bunnies were as I’d seen on the live, Also very lovely lady well spoken lovely to deal with, very pleasant experience and happy to buy from again.
Oh yes and all arrived well packed and fast and a little packed of gift sweets in the box was lovely 📦
