I ordered a t-shirt July 5 and still haven't received it as of October 2. I actually forgot about it until I was looking through old photos and saw my confirmation. I have written to them and will see what happens but I will never order from them again.

The shirt I received looks nothing like the quality shown in the listing. The photo of the shirt on a hanger made it look like a well-made, woven garment, and the description said it was “woven just for me” and that every custom piece receives dedicated care. In person, the design looks cheaply printed, and the material has no give or stretch. I don’t see anything about it that feels woven or custom.
I’m very disappointed. The listing image gave me a much different impression of what I was buying than the shirt that arrived. Terrible quality. Terrible customer service. Unprofessional communication.

Don't even think about it
I placed an order . The site said I will get a text message confirming my order. I have not heard from this company. I've emailed several times and they still have yet to respond. As I'm trying to be patient at least some type of communication/response from them would suffice. Horrible service. I will never make another order with them.

The top and pants I ordered are beautiful and I have had a lot of compliments 🥰 The top was XLNit was a very large XL. I was very sad when I tried it on. I contacted support and right away they replied and said they would look after it. A few days later I received an email that my replacement was on the way. I was so thrilled to be able to wear it

I received a 5XL and ordered a medium. There repose is that I would have to pay to return the item and said this isn't worth it, said I could keep it and give it as a gift. Or get 20% off another item. I don't want another item. I regret not doing more research, I will be getting paypal involved.

Their product is perfect for fire starter
The fact that they shipped the shirt is a joke. The image on their website looks like the image is stitched over the front, almost 3 dimensional. What I received was a low quality, zoomed in image that looks like it belongs in a 16-bit video game (and that’s being nice). What a waste of time. Never buy from here. Trust me. Save your time. I’d rather pay 100x more than be insulted by this crap.
EDIT: They reply telling you to email support but their support doesn’t email back. I emailed them several days ago with no response. Shame you can’t respond to their response on here.

Cheap! Ordered a 3/4 sleeve Alzheimer Hummingbird Shirt. So disappointed! It has long sleeves and looks nothing like the picture! Cheap material, poor cut! Can’t believe I paid for this overpriced garbage!

Legit but BEWARE
Website will send you what you buy of course. Customer service is TERRIBLE. They will only reply to you once a day. Also, after you buy from them, THEY WILL SELL YOUR INFORMATION. I had bought shirts for somebody else and companies are constantly bothering me with calls. They use the name of the person I bought them for. I do not recommend unless you want spam phone calls and emails and text messages.

refused to refund when they sent the wrong size
I ordered 3 items based on the sizes on their chart. One fit, the other two did not. The quality was poor, so I wanted to return the two that didn't fit, keep the one that did, and refund me the price for the two. They kept stalling me off until I finally disputed it on paypal and my credit card. They said they couldn't refund until I stopped the dispute, which I did. They STILL haven't refunded my partial payment 2 months later, and I cannot re-dispute it on my credit card. BEWARE, I will NEVER order from these folks again!

UPDATE:As you can clearly see they sent a "we are so sorry you are disappointed " reply, asking that I get in touch with them via email. I did, that same day. Guess what? I have yet to her one peep from them. Shocking....NOT! I stand by my 1st review with 1 star..ridiculous

The pictures they show that look like denim shorts are nothing more then slick shiny polyester. Every single thing I ordered is NOTHING like the picture shows it to be. VERY VERY CHEAP looking and feeling. How they are getting away with this is beyond me. A complete waste of money. I am sure if anything I ordered were to get near a flame it would burst into fire. Do not even give this company one last thought if you were wondering if you could trust their pictures enough to order, the answer is NO YOU CAN NOT trust this company. They are a JOKE! Just received last shipment from this company and if I could post pictures I would. They look NOTHING like the pictures they show on their website.
