So far Brilliant! Gradbay have been so helpful.

The application was really easy and when I received a personal call from their founder, Sam, I knew that they would be the best gateway provider for my business to hire via the kickstart scheme. That conversation was actually life changing as he helped me to recognise that the team I am building will be given creative opportunities that are otherwise difficult to get entry level work in.

The entire Gradbay team has been supportive, great communication and genuine enthusiasm for my growing business. Leah thank you so much for all the emailing you do, you are incredible and so efficient!

I have already made my first hire and am looking forward to sending out more offer letters as interviews have been going well.

The kickstart scheme is a brilliant opportunity to get young people into work, build their confidence and experience and also help business with their workforce. After all the lockdowns and the year we have had, this is a huge benefit to increase potential success for the UK's future. This is the people!

Gradbay have got to be one of the best gateway providers as I have not heard many other success stories within my network so far.
I am very grateful that Sam called me in 2020, as I shared my vision for the business and why I wanted to build a team, I knew he recognised my passion.

I am looking forward to having passionate hires helping me with this vision.
If the government could extend 6 months to longer, this would really help create longer job roles, increasing future employability for young people on jobs. Working one role for longer amounts of time, would give them more skills, and confidence in their careers.
I also hope that the potential of extending the kickstart scheme past December 2021 is considered.
A) because many roles wont be filled before then due to the task that it is, and B) because this is a great opportunity for all. The government gains a strong workforce for the country and future, the businesses have opportunity to have young talent that are passionate about working,
and C) but most importantly, it'll give more young people the opportunity to get into jobs that interest them.

I had such a positive experience with GradBay, securing my first graduate job during a pandemic! The whole process took exactly 1 month, without too many steps. Leah was a great communicator, always replying straight away and even sending me good luck messages before each of my interviews. I've used various other graduate recruiters and had nowhere near as much response, consistency and friendliness. I would recommend GradBay to every graduate!

Louise has been a fantastic help during my application. My application took four months (due to the pandemic) but I was always kept in the loop. She was very encouraging and helpful during every step, which is essential during what can sometimes be a disheartening process. Communication was clear and thorough. The company also seems strongly invested in the outcome of clients, they are exceptional at providing support and important information. Leah has been exceptional - very fast at communicating, responsive, understood exactly what I wanted, and assisted me in getting my first grad job - all whilst in a pandemic! All of the other graduate recruitment websites I have signed up to haven't been nearly as responsive or offered a personalised experience in the way that GradBay has. I have recommended GradBay to friends and I will continue to recommend to people in the future.

Great experience using the website and excellent interaction with GradBay staff.
