Leah at Gradbay was so friendly, helpful and genuinely invested in helping me to secure my current position. I spent months applying for jobs and then after I found Gradbay, I had a job within a week. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough if you are a graduate looking for a new position.

Louise was really helpful and attentive throughout the process, from my initial application for the role, through to negotiating on my behalf with the employer once an offer had been made. My experience with GradBay resulted in my acceptance of the offer, which of course is the outcome all parties are aiming for! Louise was professional throughout, whilst still acting as an ally to me and someone I felt confident putting total trust in. Applying for jobs at the moment is harder than ever, but my experience of GradBay was a wholly positive and reassuring one.

Having spent a month or so applying through various recruitment sites and getting nowhere I stumbled across a GradBay advert for a job that looked like a good fit for me. I’ve got a new starter tomorrow that I found via the platform so it’s a thumbs up from me. I found the candidate videos particularly useful – the final two we had, both stood out mainly through their answers on that.

I’ll be hiring at least one more over the next few weeks as well so will be using Gradbay for that!

I’m a big fan, it certainly makes hiring less mundane and a great mix of candidates are using the platform from what I’ve seen in my limited use so far!

Found a job perfect for me and decided to complete a profile, including videos (after being encouraged personally by one of the recruiters). I found out I had been shortlisted and throughout the whole interview process I was kept constantly in the loop by the same recruiter. Ended up getting the job and couldn't be more grateful!
