Very user friendly & customisable platform that enabled us to target the calibre of candidate we were looking for across a number of different roles. We have just made our first hire and will certainly be working with GradBay on recruitment needs again!

Louise found my CV and got in contact with the ideal role for me. Throughout the process she did a great job of keeping me updated on various changes and interview dates as the company navigated hiring during Covid. She also made sure to make a smooth handover to another colleague when she wasn't available for parts of the process. I managed to get the job and am very happy with Gradbay's support and communication during the entire process!

We have been trying to fill a Digital Marketing position and decided to look to GradBay, to assist in the process of finding the right person for the job. The platform is easy to use; it provides a good level of CV's, some with video content, so you get a feel for the person applying and a better indication of whether the candidate meets your set job criteria. Our job advertisement generated over 390 views within one month. A huge interest and definitely value for money! The filtering of candidates was easy to do, due to the way the platform is set up and being able to contact the graduate directly without a middle-man was perfect for us. We have now short-listed 3 candidates and are looking to make an offer and appoint a graduate within the next week. We can't recommend Gradbay enough as it's been a very positive experience for us.

GradBay takes the leg-work out of recruitment. The platform is really easy to navigate, and helps manage applications efficiently whilst having the option to interact directly with candidates. Sam and the team are always on hand on answer any questions I have, and support me to get the most out of job posts. We've just hired a fantastic graduate from the platform, and will most definitely continue to use it for future vacancies.
