Gradbay was fab for finding my job post graduation. Their interview support and pointers were really useful and there was great amounts of info on the company. Leah was always very quick to respond and super helpful with organising dates and timings.

My expectations were low when I initially joined Gradbay, due to previous experiences with recruitment agencies. Time and time again I was sent job specifications for roles that did not relate to my degree at all. Louise at Gradbay, however, managed to find a job role that both combined a passion of mine with what I studied at university. I was also provided with tips on how to pass my interview and kept up to date with any developments related to my applications. The company itself seems great and extremely encouraging to graduates looking for their first job on their career path. I really liked the idea of the video profiles as I think this means the employer has a better idea of who their interviewing so you know if you're right for a particular role.
I will be 100% recommending this to any of my friends who are seeking a graduate role and to anyone else looking for the same!

Not only are you sent through job descriptions which suit you regularly, they take the time to know and understand what you’re looking for and help you get there. They’re polite, kind, courteous and always taking the time to reply to emails/phone calls even if it’s not to do with an actual job/interview and perhaps a concern! Not only have they been fantastic, but also professional and I couldn’t recommend them more! GradBay offers you the opportunity to post a video of yourself and allow employers to see you as a person. It helped me get past that initial stage of just being another CV and get my first job.
