From start to finish, my experience with Grandeur Diamonds, and specifically Riz, was nothing short of exceptional. I came to them for my engagement ring and wedding band, and I left not only with a stunning oval 3ct ring but with a genuinely newfound appreciation for diamonds.

What truly sets Grandeur Diamonds apart is their attention to detail and commitment to quality. During the crafting process, the diamond had been set ever so slightly higher than the original CAD, something the untrained eye would never have noticed. But Riz caught it during quality control, and rather than let it slide, insisted it be reset to sit more flush. Not only for aesthetic purposes, but to ensure it would be practical and comfortable for everyday wear without catching on anything. That level of care says everything about how they operate.

Their honesty and transparency throughout the entire process was equally impressive. Riz walked me through a full presentation on diamonds, covering everything from the basics to more nuanced terminology, and when I came back having done my own research, he welcomed every question and happily went deeper into topics I’d discovered independently. There was never any sense of being rushed or oversold to.

When it came to selecting my diamond, Riz not only presented the three original options but went above and beyond by sourcing additional stones for me to consider. He was patient, thorough, and genuinely invested in making sure I found the right choice, not just any choice.

Since getting my ring, my cousin has also had his fiancée’s ring made through Grandeur Diamonds, and honestly, that says it all. When you have an experience this good, you can’t help but share it with the people closest to you.
