Grangewood Fencing Supplies Reviews 

Ordered a bulk bag of logs. Was contacted and informed of the delivery date. Waited around all day but never showed. After a few days emailed the help mailbox and never got a response. So then called them. They said they'd be delivered this week and they'd let me know which day. Very unapologetic about the delivery not turning up when they had initially said. Then the logs turned up the next day (they hadn't let me know so good job I was in). The poor delivery guy had to haul a very heavy bulk bag of logs off the back of his truck by hand! Would not recommend this company.

I bought some posts off these guys and asked for delivery. When I finally got the delivery, (it was much later than asked) it wasn't what I ordered.
The delivery guy told me to talk to the manager, Beau? He was very short with me on the phone and when I was told to hold, I overheard him laughing and being offensive about me to his colleagues. Frankly, I'm disgusted.

I recently ordered brown fencing from Grangewood Fencing, but was sent the wrong colour (gold). When I contacted them to arrange a replacement, I was met with very rude staff who insisted the colour I received was correct—even though it clearly wasn’t what I had ordered.
I then escalated the issue to head office, where I spoke to a lady who was extremely rude, abrupt, and dismissive. Rather than listening or trying to resolve the issue, she argued with me and refused to accept that the wrong colour had been delivered. The whole experience was very unprofessional.
Frustrated, I requested a refund, which they said they would arrange—before abruptly ending the call.
About 10 minutes later, they called back and agreed to replace the fencing with the correct brown colour, with delivery promised for the week commencing 18/05/2026.
Since then, I have tried calling over 20 times to follow up, but my calls are either cut off or sent to voicemail with no response.
The lack of accountability, terrible communication, and consistently rude customer service—especially from head office—is completely unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to avoid Grangewood Fencing.

Bought a load of sleeper to be delivered told they would phone before turning up, nope just turned up with no warning, lucky we were in. Chap that unloaded was polite and helpful. Quite a few sleepers are damaged chunks out of edges. We’re hoping we can hide the damage but you can see they have been damaged by a forklift. Price was good delivery was about a week. Sleepers were dry making it easy to pre treat them before we used them. Tw stars lost because of no warning and damage.

Yes my order was not in stock but received a call straight away informing me. I emailed checking order and they emailed me straight back advising store would ring, Jamie rang me as promised and again when out for delivery. Great price and great service, thank you.

Very competitive price. Friendly and helpful service even after I made an error on my order and adjusted it on the Monday it was all delivered on Thursday. Happy with the quality of the fencing supplies even though I ordered 'seconds' on concrete gravel boards. Delivery was spot on and driver was friendly. Mum was happy that we could complete her project over bank holiday weekend. Thank you Grangewood.

Communication is greatly lacking, chased my order via email “help”
Complete waste of time, 5 phone calls eventually obtained a delivery date … did not appear… another delivery date again no show… beyond comprehension… using the on line ordering system seems to be the problem!! Never again

Top class service and top quality materials at great prices. I was kept upto date with my order delivery with telephone call. Order delivered on time and driver was polite and respectful. Delivery let them down so be cautious when ordering for home delivery. They delivered when we made it clear we were away from home and left them between two parked cars on a publicly accessible car park. Ordering by phone was quick and easy with good customer service.

Easy to order on line. Quick delivery times. Excellent quality decking wood. Lovely customer service too. Very impressed. Will definitely use grangewood again

I ordered a 10' gate having phoned to ensure that the gate would be made to this length and not the standard 3metrea. I was assured this would not be a problem but would take 6 weeks. A month later I phoned and was told that they had forgotten to make the gate. Then I phoned a month after that to be told that the gate had arrived but they couldn't find it! Another month and they sent me a gate that was the wrong size. Another month, and another gate sent to me which was the wrong size. This despite the manager Anthony and the usual member of staff Seamus both telling me that they had definitely checked that it would be right. After 6 months I now have the right gate and in fact the quality is very good. The manager said that I would definitely get some compensation but guess what- that hasn't arrived either!
All this has involved me phoning many many times. Promised call backs never happen. Oh and Seamus; calling me buddy while I am complaining to you for the third or forth time is more than a little irritating.

Purchased 4 sleepers at a good price. Correct order was delivered on the specified day and to the correct location. Driver even helped upload them and carry them to my preferred location. Perfect, thank you.

Honest and hardworking lads dropped a delivery off today put it all where i asked 2 hours of you unloading top props to you guys they gone above and beyond can not thank you enough

Placed my order at 6am after work and it was delivered before 12am by a very pleasant driver.
Fence panels were good for the price , I've used grangwood many times and have never been disappointed by them.

Ordered from Grangewood and delivery and items were very cheap but also top quality!
Delivery was fast and drivers were helpful.

The fence panels appear to be made well but I'm afraid that's where it stops as far as positives.
After a phonecall to be told I couldn't have a Saturday delivery even though the website states you can, it was agreed a before 10am on the Monday. At around 1040 incall them to ask politely where my delivery is, and asked for help lifting them due to breaking my foot over the weekend. They will not do anything to assist you, and even the driver just dumped the panels on the driveway without even so much of a knock at the door. It's clear as day there is so little humanity I'm this company and they are happy to take your money and run
Needless to say I would rather pay more and get better service.
