There are times when you really don’t want to contact or buy from a company and for me it was this time with Grantham’s. It’s because we had a little ding and needed a part and thank goodness Grantham’s website and search process was so easy to deal with, the stress was already soaring as you can imagine.
So if you unfortunately need a part to put your pride and joy back together, check here first. Easy user friendly website and fast delivery. Almost like the ding never happened.

Recently bought a used caravan from these at the Retford branch, honestly couldnt recommend them enough, looked at a few caravans and they knew everything about each one, nothing was to much. Picked our new to us caravan up at the weekend and everything was perfect, weekly updates about what was going off and to top it off a free night away with any caravan bought. Also bought a hitch cover from these and seem really good quality. Highly recommended!!!

Had some minor issues with my Van since purchasing from Grantham Retford. That said they’ve bent over backwards to find a solution in all instances and continue to do so. A great Family run firm with a special shout out to Sheila. Definitely worth a visit.

Simple product with a simple problem that is taking weeks to resolve.
Customer support turn around of over a week between emails and then given the wrong returns label that would end up with the parcel to be returned instead sent back to me.
No apparent returns process.
