Nicest hamper I’ve ever seen with incredible value
This is the best place I have ever ordered a gift from. They were amazingly reasonable and responsive and personally delivered my gift. They were professional and friendly and have a great array of gifts on offer. Will use again and again and again. Amazing business. Highly recommend.

I realised I had ordered the wrong wine and contacted Grape & Bean to ask if they could send the correct one instead. I was in touch with Margaret, and she was absolutely fantastic – so helpful, understanding, and quick to respond. She sorted everything out straight away, and the correct wine was sent without any hassle. It was such a smooth experience, and the customer service was top-class.
