Thank you for taking the time to leave a review following your purchase. We’re sorry to hear that you’re unhappy with your artificial grass.

A small amount of shedding after installation is completely normal. As each piece is cut to size from a larger roll, some loose fibres may be present around the edges initially. This should reduce over time and isn’t usually a cause for concern.

That said, we do want to make sure everything is as expected. We’ve requested some additional information about your order, and once we have this, a member of our team will be in touch to discuss your concerns directly.

Fantastic quality and price

Fantastic quality and price. Also I was told that it had to be delivered to the front door and I needed someone to help carry it around the back. But the van driver was so helpful and drove around the back and I had someone there to help lift it Thank you

Awful courier service. Complete time wasters.

Ordered artificial golf putting grass on 1st April with a 2-5 working day delivery policy. Received a text message from their courier, XDP, the following week to say they have the goods and they will be dispatched in the next couple of days, providing a tracking link. That was the last I heard. Chased this up with Grass247 the following week, 3 weeks after initially ordering from them, who said they will be contacting their courier to find out what is happening and to call them back for an update. Contacted Grass247 the following week who said they will raise the issue with their courier and this would take 48hrs. Decided to contact the courier directly and after some to-ing and fro-ing found out that they have had no further movement since a search was conducted and that all the relevant depots were unable to locate the goods. The couriers which Grass247 use are useless and time wasters. As a result I’ve cancelled the order for a full refund and ordered from another company.

Our standard delivery timescale to most UK postcodes is 2–5 working days. Orders placed after 12 pm incur an additional working day, extending this to 2–6 days. With the Easter Bank Holiday taken into consideration, delivery times may be extended further and can appear longer than usual.

We recognise that our couriers can experience delays during busy periods, and in rare instances, items may be misplaced within the network. Should this happen, we are committed to resolving the issue as quickly as possible.

We continuously review both our delivery processes and the couriers we work with. All feedback is taken seriously, as it helps us identify areas for improvement.

We have requested further information in order to validate your order, and a member of our Customer Care Team will be in touch shortly to discuss this further.
