I have just had my carpet delivered by a very rude man. He threw the carpet and underlay out of the van on to a wet floor. I asked if he could push it just past my front door when brining it in. At first he said for me to it and I explained medically I couldn’t so he pushed some just inside my hallway then got me to sign to then leave me to do the rest. When I phoned to complain I was told on their site it says 1 man delivery and will not bring inside house, this is what is actually says, delivery is to front door or kerbside. It does not say when you order, only 1 man delivery and they won’t bring it inside, I had a screenshot of this.
I also have a video of the delivery man standing all over the carpet.
I will never use this company again. They lie and are rude

Great carpet at great prices. No flexibility of delivery dates, but it’s a small price to pay for good quality carpet at good prices. The samples in the post really help choose the right carpet.

The carpet is great quality and looks amazing, delivery and price also very good.

The reason why I have given 3 stars is that prior to purchasing I used the sites chat service and asked which carpet would be the best to avoid track marks from a robot vacuum and purchased on the back of this advice, it is terrible at showing track marks, to the point where I no longer use the robot vac in the living room and use a traditional shark cordless vacuum, even then the track marks show up badly from 2 small wheels on the base of the floor tool, so have to use the vacuum by pulling it back over the pile to stop the track marks.

Lowest price for what we needed, yet excellent customer service! We needed to return an item for which we accidentally ordered the wrong colour, and they were extremely helpful and responsive in getting it resolved.

Ordered £900 of product. Quickstep laminate, underlay and beading. No complaint about the laminate. Top quality product. Ordered on a Saturday when they are closed. Fast, free delivery on orders over £279. Waited 10 days for delivery to find only the laminate had been delivered. Later the same day the beading arrived by a different company. No underlay. Contacted them, I could get a refund and source my own underlay or they would honour the order and deliver, but not for another 4 days (which I wasn't told about at the time). No underlay led to cancelling the fitter who we'd booked. Then recieve an email that my underlay will not be arriving for a further 5 days. To be fair the staff on the chat were helpful enough. It's not been the most pleasant experience from start to finish. House in upheaval due to emptying the kitchen and dining room ready for the order to be delivered. Due to a further delay in delivering the outstanding underlay I contacted them requesting they cancel the delivery and requested a full refund for the underlay. No issue with that and within the day I had been refunded. With the exception of the delivery issues, in the end I got some fantastic quality laminate, it just seemed to be a one off I had an experience with delivery.

Only issue i found was the cost of delivery £20 for a 2 to 5 day delivery and dont bring to your door
