Ordered £900 of product. Quickstep laminate, underlay and beading. No complaint about the laminate. Top quality product. Ordered on a Saturday when they are closed. Fast, free delivery on orders over £279. Waited 10 days for delivery to find only the laminate had been delivered. Later the same day the beading arrived by a different company. No underlay. Contacted them, I could get a refund and source my own underlay or they would honour the order and deliver, but not for another 4 days (which I wasn't told about at the time). No underlay led to cancelling the fitter who we'd booked. Then recieve an email that my underlay will not be arriving for a further 5 days. To be fair the staff on the chat were helpful enough. It's not been the most pleasant experience from start to finish. House in upheaval due to emptying the kitchen and dining room ready for the order to be delivered. Due to a further delay in delivering the outstanding underlay I contacted them requesting they cancel the delivery and requested a full refund for the underlay. No issue with that and within the day I had been refunded. With the exception of the delivery issues, in the end I got some fantastic quality laminate, it just seemed to be a one off I had an experience with delivery.

Easy to order. Great selection of flooring. Information and products specs given.
Kept in loop over where you item is, like when ready for dispatch.
Only issue i found was the cost of delivery £20 for a 2 to 5 day delivery and dont bring to your door

The carpet was perfect colour thought possibly a little thicker how ever the underlay very good so will give the carpets bounce on the whole for the price no complaints came quick and and all true to size will buy again for down stairs

Brilliant product looks great
First delivery brilliant as it was them. Second not so good as the driver was rude and left my door on my house wide open then left the parcel with my neighbour which I still can’t understand.

I bought oak herringbone 12/2 engineered wood floor.i am more than happy with the quality of the product and it looks beautiful when laid. The price was very good too so all in all I’m delighted I chose online carpets for my flooring.

Online Carpets offered a great service, all items stocked and a great price. I did worry a bit when they said it would be kerbside delivery and I’d need to help but, delivery driver was great and reversed up my drive and carried twice as much as I did.
Product all in good condition. I will need to return some product, due to design change, and note the 60 days in their ts & cs, I hope that goes smoothly too!

We've had a fair few orders from this company. Always as expected and never any hassle. Sensible delivey process - actually check if anyones in in good time, rather than when on the doorstep. They don't just dump it on you either, helped me get it all in the house (on every occasion). Always a decent price.
