Faulty item, sent videos etc so its clear to all there is a problem. They don't want to replace it so dragging their feet, probably hoping i will go away. Post sales support is terrible, be warned

Not what it used to be years ago
Well priced company! when it comes to support and delivery this is where things get a bit dire an starts to go down hill.
Posting apprently takes 10days to northern ireland. (package never arrived) Sorting refund via route app.

Good choice
I've placed 3 orders in the last 12 months & they take a few days to arrive but I've always been very happy when the product arrived.
Actually one criticism ; I asked for suggestions, a while back, for a pipe that was easy to clean..IMHO an important attribute.
The answer from customer support was lazy & unhelpful.

I have been a customer of GrassCity for…
I have been a customer of GrassCity for a few years now. I cannot fault their professionalism and duty of care for their customers.
I hope to stay a loyal customer and will recommend and have recommended any and anyone interested in buying or even just some researching bongs and dab rigs, the various differences, uses etc
I admire the company themselves with their:
- excellent framework,
- fantastic customer service,
- an inviting website,
- a huge and recognised product range, - an easy and simple ordering platform, - quick delivery
- aftersales team (is excellent for any advise needed not just queries with the products).
I am already eyeing up my next purchase!
TopWork GC!
