£124 on a pax 2 - it broke one week after the warranty expired and now I cannot get a replacement nor refund. They just told me to go to the pax company (who correctly told me the item was bought from Herbalize and therefore their responsibility).

Me puse en contacto con ellos y en menos de 24 horas ya estaba todo solucionado. Volvería a comprar ahí encantado y posiblemente pronto, pues compraré unas rejillas extra para el tubo del arizer para tenerlas de repuesto.

Herbalize delivery time (as stated on their checkout page) is incorrect. It says 2-5 days, but looking at the UPS website (which is rated 1 on Trustpilot) it says 5-8 days. They use the cheapest, and inconsistent delivery method, and lie about it. The product has not arrived yet, after 9 days.

I had a vape and after 4 months of use it stopped working. Of course the first thing you try is to call the company. Unfortunately they don’t have a working phone number so don’t call. So I emailed and got a email back quite quickly lovely lady was very helpful. Asked me to send photo of serial number, etc. then got back to me with the opportunity to get another vape in place. I chose the FENIX Neo. They were more than happy and sent it straight away. I have to say it’s actually a brilliant vape. Really nice feel in the hand very portable great clouds very happy with it. Thank you for great service and trust me email them and give them time to respond. Great company.

I purchased a brand new vape. As it broke I wanted to get it repaired or replaced through warranty. Herbalise have been less than helpful and apparently do not have a direct contact at the OEM despite advertising and selling their products.
I have used this company before but rest assured if your item breaks or goes wrong they won’t offer any assistance

Edited.. was told I could have refund but not heard anything! Now letting Klarna credit deal with this……
I and my partner bought a vape via Klarna – a Divicci IQ3. When I opened the package, it was clear the vape was either refurbished or damaged. The battery will not sit correctly, so the vape will not lock shut.
When I contacted them, I was patronised and told I was “doing it wrong.” Really? I’ve owned countless vapes, and it’s common sense that if something is pushing against the door, it won’t shut no matter how hard you try to force it into the battery holder.
I sent them a video clearly showing that the device closes without the battery (and doesn’t even need to fully latch), but will not close with the battery inserted because it is damaged or faulty. The item was not fit for purpose, and I contacted them within 10 minutes of receiving it.
I don’t appreciate being patronised, and it feels like they are making excuses for selling damaged items. After reading other reviews, it’s fair to say that lots of items are damaged and then have to be returned.
I will be cancelling this contract with Klarna and getting a credit refund. Worst experience ever out of all my reviews.

Although I was initially sent the wrong item — I ordered the WOLKENKRAFT FX MINI ULTRA but received the WOLKENKRAFT FX MINI — the way the situation was handled completely made up for it. I spoke with Olivia from Herbalize, who was very helpful, professional, and clear in explaining my options.
I was given the choice to return the item or trade it for an alternative model. In the end, Herbalize price-matched the item I received to Amazon, refunding the difference instantly — £75 on Amazon compared to £100 on their website — and also provided a £10 gift card as a goodwill gesture.
While it’s a shame I never received the Ultra model I originally ordered, the customer service, especially from Olivia, was excellent and fair. Issues can happen, but it’s how they’re resolved that matters, and Herbalize handled this very well.
I’ve left 5 stars as I don’t believe in leaving negative reviews — small businesses often receive far too many over minor, genuine mistakes, and what matters most is how issues are handled. I would happily use Herbalize again.

Compré el pax para viernes negro, por la alta demanda, el kit completo no estaba disponible, les escribí un correo y me dijeron que me mantendrían el precio, solo que tenía que esperar una semana más a que llegara el kit para poder enviármelo. La experiencia increíble, atendieron mis preguntas muy rápido, tuve la fortuna de tener a a Olivia Wayne como asesora, fue muy profesional todo el tiempo y muy amable. Les recomiendo descargarse la app para estar pendiente del pedido, porque no llego a mi casa si no a un tabaco que estaba muy cerca, h tener la app me ayudó a recogerlo al tiempo que prácticamente llego. Si están dudando en hacer un pedido con herbalize store, les animo que lo hagan!

Bought the auxo celsius which was an amazing vape until it stopped working after a few weeks. Sent an email explaining the issue to which they responded very quickly and instantly offered to send a new replacement which has just arrived. Customer service is 10/10 will definitely buy again.
