Lisa was really helpful, she did exactly what I asked and amended my order to help me save on shipping costs. I was already happy with my initial order, but Lisa going above and beyond to add the additional items had really made my day and saved me a small fortune on shipping! Most companies wouldn't have helped me and left me out of pocket, but Lisa and TVape have shown that real customer service still exists!

I’ve got two Utillian 723 as easy to use, choice of 4 temps and keeps the taste. Also brought a Zeus Arc for when I’m about and about as it’s smaller and more discreet. Brilliant customer service so can def 5* this review 🙏👌
