Vape feels cheap
Vape feels cheap . I haven’t even used it because I want to send it back but TVape are trying to charge me £25 to return the item . Customer Service were no help and wouldn’t even offer store credit . Avoid this company at all costs . Now I have a vape that I don’t want . I bought the litl Sneaky and it feels plasticky and poor and don’t want to use it . SAVE YOURSELF MONEY AND TIME . Don’t buy from TVape

Najat had responded and now I can see both of my orders in my account so currently waiting on the replacement Utillian 850 to arrive but the service definitely improves with every hour so let's hope I get my order safe and sound !
Based on the current experience I will recommend TVape as a company and will buy more from them.

It's been right shambles !
I have received no item and no updates with the tracking and no response from Ahmed!
I keep getting a lot of promises but the item is still not showing up in my account in my orders and I have asked to provide the proof screenshot as Ahmed was claiming that they can see it at their end on their system but when I have asked to provide the screenshot as the proof I have received no response and the radio silence as it's clearly a lie!
The item hasn't moved in tracking for 5 days and now I am not getting any help at all ! No item, no refund , no replacement! Terrible service! I am going to take it further as this is absolutely terrible experience and I definitely won't recommend as I have received nothing but hassle after receiving a faulty item and now not receiving any refund or a replacement and no coherent response!

Great company
Great company. I have had issues with two devices (same make) and both times they have been so easy to deal with. Giving me a credit for the items without any hassle. Cant recommend them enough. I haven’t tried any other vape sites and don’t think I’ll ever need to.
