Yes TM2 was under warranty but still no problem like some Companies free post to and from Vapefiend.

My old vaporizer from a different company recently developed an out of warranty fault, and after doing some research this company seemed recommended for its warranty cover and customer service. I found the website to have somewhat limited options for a company that specialises in vaporizers, but what I really found disappointing was the stock levels. I narrowed down my search to 3 options and all were out of stock, so I kept checking back and registered to be notified when a couple of products were restocked.

I decided it may be wise to contact the company to ask if they could let me know when they would be restocked, as I have been barely managing with a faulty vaporizer for the last few weeks while waiting on them. I got a quick reply, but was told both have been discontinued. It is very frustrating and misleading to be given the option to be notified when something will be restocked when it actually never will be. I think the company needs to work on this.

Found out about them via their YouTube videos when I was deciding which dry herb vape to go for.
