I watched their own YouTube video on the V2 baller which clearly states it includes various accessories so NO need to spend anymore money, on receiving my baller I discovered it doesn't in fact include any of the additional accessories and had to spend a further £90 to get what I was told would be included, when I questioned it I was made out to be an idiot for not checking the listing? I did get my item but it wasn't what I was told it would be.. proceed with caution...
In response it would of been nice if you'd made that clear or even edit the video so it's truthful,it was my first order I didn't realise you were known for lying about kit contents I stupidly trusted you MY BAD, is telling customers*this is the kit you'll receive* then sending them something completely different is that even LEGAL?

I returned the parcel, though it took three delivery attempts because nobody was there. However, when I went back to look at the product reviews I noticed someone had posted an image of the same vape completely burned. They mentioned that both Reddit and the company confirmed this is normal. It seems they also curate the reviews on their website and mine was never approved. Make of that what you will
