There returns policy is a joke. Purchased a volcano classic for my Gf and she didn't like it, used it twice put it back in the box, used one bag and nothing else and they've deemed it unsanitary and used and won't return it which I think is unfair to be honest, can't try things out any more ? What's the point in buying anything if that's the case. I'll

I'd avoid these guys going forward, if you can't try something and not return it if it's not to you're liking then what's the point. Shame.

This is my first Solo 3 device, but from day one, I have been a fan of the brand. Got to say, Solo 3 is by far and away the best one yet! The button sequence takes a little getting used to, but once you got it, it is an absolute banger. I have tried both session mode and on demand, and they work great, but my favorite way to use it is with a water pipe.

Previously posted as bad review, however I will say I’m grateful they amended the situation. I would say though that I should have been notified sooner regarding stock issue & with numerous bad reviews over 4+ years regarding delivery delays etc, I would suggest finding a better way to manage logistics or a more transparent approach concerning potential delays to avoid unhappy customers as the product and price were both good. Previously 1* but updated to 3*

Great company get most of my dry herb vaping gear from here! Got a couple free pax krush kube 2 s with a couple recent orders each for a new dry herb vape. Good customer service too had all issues resolved in a timely manner. Sometimes there may be a longer wait to receive goods but most are received within 3 working days. This is always my first port of call as they have most popular items and are proactive in stocking new products as soon as they become available. Cant fault these guys, or gals 👍

Don’t normally write reviews but this company has so many bad ones that it’s only fair I tell my positive experience. Ordered my pax plus on Saturday, arrived 1st class Tuesday afternoon. Yes the reviews come across negative, yes the website can be a bit misleading with customer service hours being so late etc haha but don’t let that put you off shopping with them, ignore the negativity and you will find yourself pleasantly surprised. (Wish I bought a volcano instead now so you will probably see me order again)

Fantastic customer service. Olivia was the name of the person who assisted me. Royal Mail had delayed a delivery. A replacement order was sent out immediately. Highly recommended company. Thank you :)

Weirdest 5 star review I ever wrote…

Had a delivery issue, and never actually got the product I ordered. Even though this was NOT the fault of Herbalize they put it right. I will now be a customer for life if they have what I need based on the compassion and attention they showed me through this process. Personal thanks to “Olivia” who resolved my issue within 48 hours despite me asking for an alternative resolution to the one offered due to a personal circumstance
