Shipment delay

I have a subscription to Gratsi Wine and have enjoyed it. Past deliveries were prompt and customer service was excellent, until this month.
My credit card payment was processed and charged to me on March 3, 2026.
Ten days later and no shipment yet. I have emailed Gratsi multiple times inquiring about delay with NO RESPONSE!
I finally heard from Gratsi explaining the delay of my shipment. A problem with their supply chain. Eunice was great and assured me they have taken care of issue and apologized for not communicating in a timely manner.
I have a tracking #! 👍🏻

Extensive Shipping Delays, No Customer Service

I truly don't know what has happened with this company. The service was great the first 2 times I ordered from them. After that the deliveries were damaged, or delayed, sometimes delayed by weeks despite being charged promptly. Order number 639400, placed on February 26th was the last straw. As of today, it has still not shipped, despite being charged. I have sent 5 emails and a message through their website requesting that the order be cancelled and refunded. No response at all. I have cancelled my subscription and I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau to report the poor delivery and customer support.

You’ve placed 11 orders with Gratsi, and until this situation, all had been fulfilled successfully. Over the past few months, we ran into an unusual production delay. Wine is an agricultural product, so when something in the production cycle is disrupted, it doesn’t just reset overnight. We communicated these delays and issued a 20% refund on your order as a thank-you for your patience and choosing to wait on your order durning this fluid delay. Afterward, multiple messages were sent, which temporarily slowed our ability to respond to your cancellation request. Once we received it, we processed your full refund immediately we never hesitated to make things right. While we do acknowledge part of your January 6 order was damaged in transit, and as soon as you let us know, we sent a replacement immediately, responding right away to your request.
We truly appreciate your loyalty over the last nine months and apologize, that this one experience overshadow the many positive experiences you’ve had with Gratsi. We’re committed to getting future shipments out smoothly and hope you’ll continue to enjoy your Gratsi wines you have.

Customer service as great as the wine!

Customer service has been very supportive and helpful in resolving any issues I’ve had. I do love this wine and love sharing a glass w my sister and friends when they come over— they love it too!

Well this last ship never get till I reach the support team 48 hours later receive the notification like my order will ship and take another 24 hours. Total of 8-10 day to deliver

I placed an order March 2nd was charged and received confirmation. I haven’t heard a word since. I have repeatedly sent emails asking for status. Definitely something going on there. Was very surprising to me considering all their wonderful reviews.

Shipping mess up fixed up! 😊

I have ordered a mixed bottle from Gratsi before and I decided to order a large order and add a subscription. It was a crazy time with shipping and all so I didn't receive anything for a couple of weeks. When I notified Gratsi they not only took 10% but threw in a set of espresso cups and saucers! They have great customer service and I look forward to my subscription!❤️

I order my first box wine from Gratsi…

I order my first box wine from Gratsi on Tuesday. By next Tuesday, 8 days later, I have not received any email regarding shipping. I have sent 2x emails with no response. They don's have a phone number either which make me suspect of companies that don't have a phone number. Terrible customer service!

Would have loved to try it, but our first order never showed up. The replacement order was supposedly "delayed in customs". Finally requested a refund after waiting 2 months. Don't waste your time ordering from them. Hopefully we'll get refunded...

GRATSI WINE is taking $$ and not sending the wine

I've been a customer for 2 years. They have sent my orders on time according to my subscription. But recently this Gratsi Wine has been negligent in send ing my orders. They have collected my money and have not sent the wine and there is no tracking number - so it hasn't been sent yet. After contacting them several times, they apologized and offered a 10 percent discount on the order and wrote that the order would be sent the 1st week of March. It's the end of the 1st week - no wine and no tracking number. It looks like the company may be in financial trouble and they're getting money from customers without sending the wine.
