Very recently ordered pair of front…
Very recently ordered pair of front brake discs for b class w246 b200 petrol!when I try fit the parts!completely wrong size discs!phone them of and explain,they are not interested!
Unfortunately Those discs have to end up in scraps mettle! £119 in the drain!I am not impressed with their Flagship!

We do state on our listings for all customers to measure their OEM discs to ensure the correct discs are ordered as the listed discs are common fitment and this can change across different models and trims.

I bought a set of grooved & drill disks & yellow suff pads for my golf R &fitted them yesterday. Its transformed the braking & now it stops on a penny . I nearly went through the windscreen after I bedding them. Very good quality parts 10/10 recommended seller. Fast postage

I purchased a exhaust of gravity for…
I purchased a exhaust of gravity for the z4 e85 roadster 2.5si 2006,when my garage tried fitting the manufacturer of the bends were most were catching on the frame and the back box hangers wouldn't reach the rubbers .I've been in contact with gravity exhaust for months now they wanted me to take it over to them leave my car for 3 days to make a new exhaust and make another one for there selves I said no,I put it on my self to take it to zorstec costing £220 as well as the price of the exhaust and now gravity are offering me £100 to go away so I'm fighting them for the cost of the repair for which now there ignoring my emails or making excuses everytime it's not much to ask from such a well established company to pay for the correction seen as they made the manufacturering mistake
Regarding me getting this exhaust fixed at the cost of £220 as also I've sent you gravity the invoice also the pictures of the badly manufactured exhaust for the z4 e85 n52 2006 2.5si engine this all on yourselves you manufacture these exhausts threw 3d scanning which will never be accurate,yourselves at gravity exhaust have already admitted it must have moved on the jig??? Why use a jig you can never get a exhaust rite unless it's built up on the car itself,Yes I had the exhaust basically remade by zorstec custom exhaust as it should have been done in the first place even the m54 aren't perfect fitting,I've sentvyou all the relevant pictures off the badly manufactured exhaust and the pictures of the exhaust been fitted correctly also the invoice and you offered me £100 as a settlement fee
That's pathetic yourselves at gravity exhaust didn't obviously double check this exhaust threw your quality control also your advertisement fir which I've saved for this exhaust says the exhaust is of high standard stainless steel with chrome tips and when I asked were they were you said they don't come with them nomore so lied on the advert gravity exhaust needs to make this rite and stop going round houses pay up the invoice for zorstec. Also while we're on the subject of yourselves mentioning me bringing my car to you for 3 days yes I said no when you said you wanted to make 2 exhaust one for my car and a template for yourself that's why i took it to zorstec so they could re due yr mess and make it perfect were it dosent touch enywere on the bends or use a piece of box section so the back box fits on to hangers as it was miles out to reach the rubbers it's time gravity owned up to there severe mistake and pay the invoice

I can only apologize that you have faced a negative experience with your most recent order of the Bmw z4 exhaust. We would never want any of our customers to go away un-happy and do want to offer the best service possible.
At the point of the issues arising you had driven down to ourselves and our R&D team had checked over the system on our lift. At the time we hadn't been able to get the work done the same day as it needed a little longer to amend but we had offered a courtesy car and to book you in to get all work required done.
Sadly this has not been suitable for yourself and without informing ourselves had work done on the exhaust yourself. I understand the frustation and wanting to get this fixed but sadly without informing us of the work going forward and the cost this is not something we can blindly refund.
We have been working with yourself in regards to this and can see a number of options have been supplied to yourself and this is on going
We are more than happy to come to a conclusion so please do keep us updated
