direct fitment manifold....
Bought a direct fitment manifold for a customer, which didn't fit over the studs firstly. Once I rectified this myself(after emailing many times and having to constantly send evidence, which apparently they didn't receive on each email) found it fouled the gear change rods and wouldn't go into gears 1,3,5. Emailed again to be sent around in circles(7 emails) I gave up being pushed from pillar to post. I had to completely remake the part. Genuinely decent part, but I will never use and wouldn't suggest the company based on my experience.
Sent a follow up email after they replied to this review, same crap fed back to me, basically it's my fault, 'they have tried working with me but I'm not supplying images or information they have requested!' absolute rubbish, I've sent 8 emails, several of them included atleast 4 images and registration number and engine number. Downgraded it to 1 star! More sense from a chat bot then this customer service.

Sent around in circles for help with a faulty part.
Poor customer service, and communication within the team. Chasing an issue for several months, advising the garage that had fitted the part had disposed of it already yet being sent in circles to provide more evidence of the issue. Promised same day responses, promised escalation within their team but yet again having to chase again and again for a response nearly 2 weeks after being promised same day help. Highly disappointed as never had a problem in the past. Will not be recommending to anybody again. Only pro is Sam on the team was actually helpful in the end meaning I could end this dispute and not deal with this company again.

I can assure you this wouldn't of been the case with reports such as this, they are reported to the warranty team, more information may of been requested but with what has been stated here being months this wouldn't of been the case. As with any warranty claim we do have to see what the issue is before we can advise. Without clear evidence it is hard for our team to gauge on what the issues are. All items are covered by 12 months warranty as standard and is something we are happy to use as long as we do get evidence of what is the problem, is it something that can be fixed locally is a replacement needed etc.

Exactly what you’d expect
Quality of the product was as you would want, even better with the discount code!
If I had one suggestion it would maybe be to give people a option in the up/down sizer to fit your remaining exhaust as was supplied a 2.5” but my exhaust is a 2.75” after the 3” I purchased.
But 5* for the product and delivery 👍

Superb exhaust at a great price
Very well made from quality materials. I have fitted the backbox to my 2003 BMW E46 330ci MSport. It was very easy to do and I’m very happy with the results. It has transformed my car not only with looks but has brought the sound of the 6 cylinder M54 engine to life.

Great communication by email before purchasing our Skoda Octavia VRS mk2 petrol estate exhaust. As they'd not had their exhaust for this model on an estate they reassured me I could return it. It appears to fit great and only took my garage an hour to get the rusty old one off and the Gravity Performance exhaust on. I can only assume it went on easily for the fitters, who are experienced exhaust fitters. I was fearful it would be too loud for us older boy and girl racers on our family car but it's the resonated version and is tolerable. Very pleased thus far!
