My house sale and purchase sale were both dealt with by Graysons . The completion was done within 5 months . Communication was good . No issues at all

Our conveyancer was very nice when we managed to get hold of her. We were told there was an app, this never worked for us.
Several times we asked for a call back and she would call our estate agent and not us. Throughout the course of the transaction we received her out of office several times with no alternative person picking up her work.
We were also given contracts via email less than 48 hours before completion requesting that we print and return to their offices in paper form. We work full time. Our time is valuable too. This was very last minute and could have been more proactive and prepared earlier in the transaction.
We were told that we were exchanging on the Friday. This didn’t happen which is fine but as usual- no communication to tell us that it didn’t happen. This meant we had to pay our removal guy to sit in the vehicle for 2 hours.
I would not recommend Graysons to another person. I would advise to go elsewhere.

Mr West at Grayson's Solicitors took my medical negligence case, when others wouldn't. He was professional, polite, was always happy to answer questions even contacted me while he was on annual leave to keep me updated. Brilliant service

Very professional and competent at handling all matters regarding the home purchase process. Our main contact worked part-time, but they have a team that support each other, and therefore it is possible to speak to someone during the entire week. They were very good at answering our queries, particularly during an in-person meeting.

I’ve had a bit of mixed experiences with this firm dealing with my accident claim. Started of good, won my case but all communication has stopped. Information is different when I request information about my case. Supposed to have a pay out up to 14 days but now been a month and I’m not any of the wiser what’s going on. They don’t seem to have the same enthusiasm to when they first got this case to chase up the payout. Don’t know if it’s this month or next year. Case it self been going on for nearly 1 year, way too long for what it was.

Following my Mother’s death over ten years ago, Graysons handled the probate for my father and subsequently his Will. Recently my Dad’s property needed to be sold and the staff at Graysons in Sheffield, in particular Debbie Viles and Rabyia Akhmatova, could not have been more helpful locating, and making available, copies of documents which were needed for the sale to proceed and for the legal side of things to be confirmed. I was never made to feel that I was a nuisance and that they had far more important/pressing things to attend to and everything was done in a timely and professional way. Who could ask for more? Great app that shows you precisely where you are and what needs doing next, so you always know where you are in the process of buying and selling your property. Emails are usually answered immediately, but if not definitely within the working day, however this is obviously there preferred contact, so telephone conversations arent encouraged. Everything was done efficiently, I would recommend.
