Brilliant company, customer service while asking for advise on size was great!
The bean bag is very well made and well worth the money, I’ve had a few now and all of them haven’t lasted or there hasn’t been enough beans etc…
I love how there is such a large choice for colours of the bags as well, again something that other companies lack.
The dog also loves it haha!

I ordered some fabric samples, which arrived super fast, and then went ahead and ordered my bean bag (XL corduroy layz!). I placed the order at 11pm on the 12th April, and it arrived at about 9am on the 14th! I was so impressed with the turnaround time, communication about possible delays, and packaging. I left two of the filling bean bags out for now, so I'm hopeful I can add one or two if it starts feeling flat at any point. Overall a great experience. Worth the price!

Disappointingly we thought we could follow up with a couple of scatter cushions in the same material seeing as cushions were advertised on the company website. WOW certainly a polite way of telling you to get lost when asking for a size that is not standard
You would think that a company in today's environment would be grateful for extra business
I have been involved in manufacturing for over 50 years and often asked for specials
We had two types of special requests a Standard special which was a standard item but required some adjustment which made it special NO EXTRA CHARGE and a Special Special that was totally bespoke so needed some design input small additional cost if purchased with other standard items
When we didn't need the business a blanket cost would be added to deter customers from even asking

I find it hard to believe that this company have never been asked for a smaller version of their standard cushions which by any means is a very basic design and to expect anybody to pay over £250 for a pair of small basic scatter cushions already common to retail is beyond belief and I still find it hard to believe they dare to even ask for it

I had a great experience ordering from Great bean bags. I ordered the 'INDOOR / OUTDOOR DECK CHAIR BEAN BAG' in navy blue and the quality is great, not plasticky at all.

When ordering, you select a specific delivery date and strangely mine arrived earlier than the date chosen. I can't complain though because it's better than it arriving late.

Excellent company and wonderful beanbag, first class filling and materials. Great comfort and sizes. Really speedy delivery to Isle of Man . Thank you

Great customer service. After not being completely happy with the sofa, we contacted them to see about a return. Megan contacted me straight away and offered to organise the free return and even offered free packaging as the original was damaged. The collection was organised and sorted and my money was fully refunded the following day. Really wish all companies offered this level of customer service

Perfect, just what it promised to be

I originally purchased a bean bag about 4 years ago, its been ad godsend to me, i suffer with a chronic pain and its the only thing that i can sleep on. I recently treated myself to a new 1, i dont need to the one i already have is still amazing. Everybody uses it kids family friends. Everything about it is quality material, beans the staff you ring them they are helpful email you here straight back. Really amazing company and product.

Extremely satisfied and especially with the kind, understanding lady I spoke to on the phone that helped me and provided and exceptional service. I asked a lot when I phoned needing a beanbag urgently for my poorly daughter who is only one and In a cast front feet to her neck but the kind lady which I wished I had asked her name helped me so much and guided me through to the bean bag that she thought would be perfect and then for it To be delivered to me in under 24 hours. I hope this sales person gets to see this but and if so then then this is my thank you. A star service

I ordered my beanbag sofa (two seater) at the beginning of July. Despite all the lockdown restrictions my sofa arrived within two weeks. It has been used daily by my three boys and they love it. It started to sag at the base after a few months of heavy use, so I contacted the company and they were only too happy to help. I called last Friday afternoon and the lady who answered the phone said she would send out a top up filling. The top up arrived Monday and the sofa is all plumped up again. The customer service is the best I have received in years!

This is a great beanbag, the quality it good, it comes already filled. The first one bag I ordered XXL was way to big for my room. I called them and explained they were very helpful. The grey is a nice colour and the size I have now is large the tallest person in my house is 6.5" feet and fits well on the Large one.

Probably the hardest thing I have had to put together in my new home. Literally took an hour to put together. The beans provided - I believe are an incorrect amount which has been provided on the instructions. The bean bag couch is no where near as comfortable as a beanbag 'should' be. Its not soft at all. I won't be buying from here again.

We purchased 20 beanbags from GBB, and despite our organisation's abnormal requirements (formal quotes, extra paperwork, uncertainty about when money would become available, need for a quick turnaround), Stephen at GBB made it all work perfectly. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely efficient.

Ordered the indoor outdoor bean bag XXL but needed it quickly. Rang up and service was excellent. So helpful and received the product the following day. So pleased with it. Exactly as it says and so easy to fill. Looks hard wearing and very good quality. Thank you for such an efficient service.
