Very nice people
Very nice people, very helpful but didn’t mention all the walking involved in great detail which is important. I think that should have been enforced in more detail.

Antwoord van Great Rail Journeys
Dear Mrs Partington,
Thank you for your review and for your kind comments about our team. I'm delighted to hear that you found us helpful.
I understand how important information about the amount of walking involved is when choosing a holiday, and I'm sorry if the level of detail provided did not fully meet your expectations.
While we include information about mobility requirements at the top of each tour page and aim to highlight walking activities within our tour descriptions, I appreciate your suggestion that this could be emphasised further.
If you have any specific questions, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service Team.
Kind regards,
Mika
