The fitters were hardworking and very professional, the office staff are extremely helpful and approachable, and communication was excellent. When the scaffolders failed to take down on the day set in the schedule, Green Home quickly sorted the problem and it was removed on the same day of my complaint. Thank you, Green Home.

Very competent with complex ASHP installation
Green Home Systems were great at getting our job done, it took a while and wasn’t straightforward but they stuck with it and have delivered a really great outcome for us where we now have an air source heat pump in a house that was deemed too difficult to manage by others. We’re very grateful for the support and dedication they provided. The customer service support by Karli was fantastic and the technical support from Simon was very much appreciated.

Spectacular service and installation
From the quote to the installation, Green Home Systems have been exemplary in their dealings with me.
Our house is quite old and I thought the company would struggle to get my panels and battery in place.
The crew arrived at the agreed date and time and discussed the various options for tying in the power generated by the panels .
The whole contract was completed in a single day to my utter astonishment and the guys cleaned up after the job was complete.

Installation of Heat source Air Pump
I had a air source heat pump installed in my property.
Graham Logan explained and guided me through what would be involved.
The men arrived on Monday 11th of May. They were very professional, they kept me informed as to what was required in regards of access where was our preference location of heat pump and radiators.
I am delighted with the air source pump, the men were excellent and could not have been more helpful.
The only problem was out with their control, was delivery of radiators, due to access on the ferry, which delayed the work for perhaps a day.

Vailant ASHP installation
We recently had a Vaillant 5kW air source heat pump & 9 radiators installed by Green Home Systems and were extremely pleased with the service from start to finish. After comparing several companies, we found Green Home Systems offered one of the most competitive and transparent quotes without compromising on quality or specification.
The whole team was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout the entire process. The installation was completed to a very high standard, and the engineers took the time to explain how the system works, including the controls, hot water setup, and how to get the best efficiency from the heat pump.
Everything was left clean and tidy, and the workmanship was excellent throughout. Communication was clear and responsive from beginning to end, and any questions we had were dealt with quickly and professionally.

Great team, support and delivery of solar PV and batteries.
GHS were pro-active, efficient and supportive from the start of our contact with them. Our house was a challenge to scope for PV solar, being in a Conservation Area, and having multiple roof elevations. Graeme and the team worked with us through getting planning permission, including modifying the schedule of works to enable us to have PV Solar and batteries installed in 2 phases - one through Permitted Development regulations, and the other through the full Planning process.
We are delighted with our new system and hoping to have GHS install a heat pump for us next.

Very happy with the installation, and indeed the whole process from the point that I had what was a casual encounter with a young gentleman representing Octopus green energy, through the site survey to completion of the installation earlier this week. Elliot and Jakob were a pleasure to deal with. Jakob did a great job of explaining the process at each step, and showing off the system at sign off.

Roof and underfloor insulation
Green Home Systems topped up my roof insulation and added underfloor insulation. From the surveyor that came out, the team that installed the insulation, the surveyor that re-did the EPC certificate, to the office team - everyone was courteous and the work was undertaken professionally and quickly. They also patiently waited for the grant funding to come through which took some time. Well recommended.

Great company
We were anxious when this project started as it was a big investment for us, but the professionalism of GHS made the whole process much calmer. Capable and knowledgeable people in all aspects of the project from start to finish of installing our new solar system. The installation team worked late on bank holiday weekend Friday to finish the job and at all times were unflappable and highly professional – it was a pleasure having them. Senior management took an active interest throughout and all the staff we dealt with were very helpful and supportive in answering all the queries we raised; nothing was too much trouble for them. An exceptional team and a great company to deal with.

12 panel & 2 battery storage installed. Delighted.
Green Home Systems installed 12 solar panels and 2 x batteries for me.
Very happy with the install quality. The team were great, communication was of a high standard and the installers were great with me and my kids (And dog) who were in the property. Team of 3 electricians arrived and 2 roofers. Work commenced at 8:30am and my system was up and running and producing by 2:30pm. A good handover and shown how to use the app/ system was given. I am very confident in using the system and would not hesitate to recommend GHS. In fact, I already have to a few of my neighbours.
Overall, very happy with the service received and the high quality of the install!

GHS are the real deal.
I reached out to Karli at GHS who arranged help 4 homes part funding for a solar array and battery setup. She was prompt, friendly and excellent with the communication. GHS helped assess, fit the most appropriate system and then provide no quibbles snagging to optimise the system. It's a fantastic solar array, multi battery and inverter that is proving to save money consistently. Great work GHS.

The failed first visit was entirely our fault. The trench requirement should have been identified and communicated before our installer ever travelled to Mull. We accept responsibility and have reviewed and improved our internal process to ensure this does not happen again.
We're also sorry for the delay in getting technical support. We understand this has now been resolved.
Your handover pack includes full manufacturers documentation and user manuals and our support remains available to you should any questions arise going forward.

Interim Review - So far so good!!
Green Home Trustpilot
This is an interim review as we are part way through an extensive install being undertaken by Green Home Systems which began in the middle of last year. We realised that our 4 bedroom property would be quite challenging, being of multi type construction with various added extensions. Our original path was through the ECO4 scheme, but following the funding being pulled last minute, we had to look at an alternative route. At each part of the process Graeme at Green Home has been brilliant at guiding us through all stages. His confidence, knowledge and communication put our minds at ease, making sure that our project got over the line.
In addition, the admin team of Sona and Lana were always approachable and helpful, responding quickly to any queries that we had, especially with the demanding situation regarding ferry cancellations and having to reschedule visits.
We are now just awaiting for the final heating install (ASHP) having undergone full internal wall insulation on all our external walls. We were a bit dubious and nervous about the level of disruption this part of the project might cause, but we needn’t have worried. Joiners Stevie and Paul turned up and were extremely efficient courteous and respectful throughout. Their workmanship was excellent, particularly around the Velux window reveals with new sills fitted , and were thoroughly deserving of their daily bacon filled rolls and coffee and tea refills.
Plastering of all walls is currently ongoing, and a further final review will follow once the new heating system has been installed. So far we would wholeheartedly recommend Green Home Systems without any hesitation for any energy saving installs required.

A great alround service
Communication was very good and clear from the start. I received a quote that I considered competitive, and I was able to specify certain equipment. The initial survey was done within days of contact, all the paperwork came by email quickly and an installation date was fixed that was only about 3 weeks away. On the day of the install the workers turned up in the morning and worked tirelessly until the job was finished around mid-afternoon, despite the poor weather. The workmen were careful to keep the house and area clean. There was important paperwork to follow and I was grateful for the help of the office staff in getting that done quickly and helping to answer my questions. I guess the only disappointing part is that the scaffolding is still in situ over a week a later, I assume this is down to the scaffolding company but it would be good to get it cleared from the driveway.

The installation technicians, Mathew & Gregor, were great - polite, knowledgeable and efficient. Job was more complicated than expected but they remained cheerful and still finished promptly. Installation was finished to a very high standard & there was no mess whatsoever.
